The trailer for Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania didnât just give us our first look at Kang the conqueror, but it also containts major clues to what heâs planning.
Kang is in the quantum realm and heâs building something, something that will lead directly to Secret Wars.
And this pyramid with these massive rings is going be very important in the movie. And if these rings look very familiar, thatâs cause they are. They have a very obvious
resembles the 10 rings in Shang-Chi.
So why is Kangâs ring stracutre looks like the 10 rings, what is the connection there?
Well, we think we cracked the code on the insante connection between these rings, the quantum realm, the multiverse, time travel, Ms Marvelâs bangle and even the Celestials. All of these things are connected, and Kang is at the center of it all.
This is all part of Kangâs plan to conquer all of time and the multiverse.
and if we are right about our theory, Quantumania will explain how the sacred timeline was broken in Loki, and what is Kang planing in Secret Wars.
This theory is gonna get kinda wild.
Alright letâs start with the rings.
There is no way that the similertiy between the 10 rings and Kangâs rings is random. They donât just resemble each other in shape and design, but also the
blue energy at their center.
Also, am I the only when that counting about 10 rings in this shot? Maybe Iâm just seeing things, but Iâm prety sure Marvel is telling us something with these shots in the trailer.
Kangâs technology is dominated by the color blue - his helmet, his ring platform, his army and ship, they all glow with blue energy.
The 10 rings also glowed with a blue energy.
Though the color of the rings changed to gold when Shang controlled them. We think we know why, but we will get to it a little bit later in the video.
So we think we know how the 10 rings connect to the quantum realm.
We previously theorised that the MCUâs 10 rings will be very different from the comics. Instead of being created by the dragon like aliens the Makluan, the MCU version are actually the Quantum Bands.
These bracelet were created by an ancient alien tree stump with a wig on called Eon. We got a glimpse of him in Thor Love and Thunder.
The bands were awarded to powerful individuals to serve as the protectors of the universe.
And hereâs the thing, the bands draw energy from the quantum zone. The quantum realm is the MCU equivalent of it.
Whatâs most important about the quantum zone is that all the energy in the universe flows from this realm. - KrĂĄtkĂ© a kreslenĂ© filmy

Being connected by crappy mcu installments
I can see that Kamala's bangle is related to the rings, but I don't know how that connects her to Carol Danvers or Monica Rambeau for that matter. Is "signal" which the rings are sending from when Shange Chi took over related to the signal Cassie Lang creates in Quantemania?

When I saw Loki, my immediate take was that the âthresholdâ was simply the end of the âscriptâ that He Who Remains had written for everything that would happen up to that point. He had been manipulating reality like this, keeping the timeline pruned so it wouldnât branch into a multiverse, for aeons - thousands, maybe millions of years - and it had driven him mad as a hatter. He wanted out. So he engineered a scenario where the two Lokis he wanted to replace him would come and listen to his story, and at that point he would *relinquish control* over the timeline. Thatâs why it starts to branch at that moment - because heâs stopped actively preventing it from doing so. He probably hoped that would encourage the Lokis to take over quickly before it got worse. But in the moment heâs just giddy with excitement because for the first time in ages, he doesnât know whatâs going to happen.
Definitely my mind thinking now I think your right
If he wanted someone to take his place and protect the timeliness wouldn't he have picked a better suited hero? Someone intelligent and strong/brave

Came here to say this
I think the fact that the director of Shang Chi is directing the Kang Dynasty lends a lot of credibility to this theory. Yes, he is a fantastic director in his own right, but it's more likely that his familiarity with the world set up in 10 Rings directly leads into Kang territory.
There's probably going to be themes of intergenerational trauma as well, now that I think about it.
That movie Shang chi, sucked. đ

I kinda thought the timeline started splitting before Sylvie killed him because she already made up her mind to do so.
He who remains knew he would die too aswell because nothing he knew wasnât being predicted/printed

didnât it split whenever Loki and Sylvie kissed each other? the TVA were very concerned after that
@@heartrune24 I believe the TVA got them out before it was too late
Which Kang was probably responsible for that to cause and He who remains I guess didn't saw that coming.
12:56 I love the part in Return of the King when Palpatine initiated order 66 to cause all the clones to become orcs and manipulated Anakin to wear the one ring and fall to the dark side and fall into mount doom thus becoming Darth Vader.

This was so funny, the first 1500 times I saw it, starting years ago....
I havenât seen this extended version yet!
I agree with the rings being from Kang. They were set up to send the signal, to let Kang know it's time to break the time line, leading us into Loki's timeline split.
HOLY FUCKIGN SHIT DUDE.. WHAT THE FUCK THIS IS ACTUALLY SO FUCKING POSSIBLE
So we should just forget shang chi's father using the rings for centuries before all of that.
@@lambonage Correct me if iâm wrong, but Wong and the others did say that they felt the ringsâ power when Shang Chi used them (when they turned gold). No one had ever reported anything about the rings when Wenwu had them. So maybe, the rings only began sending signals after Shang Chi used them to their fullest potential. Does it make sense?? đ đ
@@lambonage where was that said? I said that the signal could have been Kang's way of knowing when to start the multiverse war again. Also, his father's rings were Blue in color. When they changed to Orange for Shang Chi, that could be the moment the signal started.

A theory me and my best friend had was that each Celestial kinda acts on their own so the Eternals might have been Arishem's thing and Ego might've been another Celestial's attempt at making a more biological approach to creating new celestials instead of bursting through a planet. This kind of allows for more possibilities and just connect it saying "this is a celestial thing". In essence, the bands could definitely be the work of the Celestials but one singular celestial. Our theory is kinda backed up by the fact that in the Eternals movie you only see the Eternals interacting with Arishem and not some council of Celestials.
huh, that's a pretty good theory actually
I think the celestials work together and all do things for arishem tbh but my theory is that ego was created as an upgrade to the current celestials so he could take out galacticus, little do they know it would reset the universe lol đ
Good theory. But the reason they only interact with arishem could be because he is the judge. He alone makes the decision on their fate and is left to make that decision.
I hope Antman 3 is a drinking game with adult viewers being cued to drink everytime someone says Quantum
Thank you for the time and effort you put into your theories and videos. This was a prime example of why I frequent your channel.
I like the idea that we're about to see everything unfold that He Who Remains described as "long ago" because what is time to him. Like what if the Kang we're about to see is the same one that he was describing in Loki that sparked the multiverse war in the first place. Everything we're about to witness in phase five is what causes him to create the sacred timeline loop that we've already been in for all the other phases.
Yeah because based on how he described the whole ordeal basically the beginning of the war is also the end of it
Next Theory Idea: Will Loki, Sylvie, and Mobius be in AntMan and The Wasp: Quantumania?
i dont think so since the events might take place the same time as Loki

Ryan, Doug, and the rest of the team at SCREEN CRUSH, are absolutely amazing. The quality of ur content is unreal! I love it!!! Keep being fantastic my friends!!
From this theory, do you think that "Avenger's: Kang Dynesty" will be essentially a war between Kang the Conquerer and Kang He who remains. It sounded like He who remains was planning to come back, and at least according to this theory it sounds like Kang also doesn't want a multi-kang war, he wants to be the one who defeats he-who-remains. Which honestly sounds like one epic film
Your emperor quote that things are proceeding as planned, you cited it as LOTR: Return of the King.
Love the video! Cool theory.
Came here to say this.
Me too đ
Somehow Palpatine returned
ahahahhahah true
We need a LOTR Starwars Marvel crossover NOW
Just wanted to point out....the shot of the older Janet van dyne watching streaks of light come in to quantum realm is her flashback seeing avengers come in during endgame. Those streaks are the different time traveling groups in endgame. One going to NY another going to space, another one going to asgard, etc
originally I thought "wouldnt that not make sense given that janet was already out of the quantum realm before endgame" before realizing that time occurs differently in the quantum realm so it already happened, much like how kang is already there with chronopolis during the events of antman and the wasp and it also backs up how the avengers were meant to be time travel in the first place but idk about the kang part being there, kinda backs up how ryan said he's been there since the beginning of time?
She was dusted though. I'm confused đ
@@christina8101 they went back to 2012, 2013 and 2014, all of which were times that Janet was still in the quantum realm. I get it, but again, doesn't make perfect sense.
@Jonathan L Tiffany but the quantum realm is outside of time and space, so she wouldn't still be down there when they time traveled. It could just be other time travelers from other universes.
Also interested to know how Kang got those scars. And if he'll tell a different story each time lol.
He probably got them during the multiversal war or something. He Who Remains doesn't have them.
I was just thinking about this. I feel like the scars were either given to him, so that all of the other Kang variants can tell which variant is The Conqueror, or as you said, he probably got them from the first Multiversal War.
Strong feeling that Shang-Chiâs 10 rings are from the quantum realm and miniature versions of those giant rings. Because in Shang Chi, it also was sending out a message to a place may be in the quantum realm. So I can totally see him show up in this. Bruce and Captain Marvel had no idea what kind of tech this was. Also since the time is irrelevant in the quantum realm, it makes sense that Wen Wu found it so long ago.
I believe the âthresholdâ in Loki was the timeline going past red line. at that point in the show, the TVA agents were on the timeline exposing the truth about the TVA which could have caused it to branch and go past red line which is the point where HWR canât keep the timeline in order anymore. but i could be wrong. logically that just makes the most sense to me
Thatâs what I thought as well. But then again who knows what they need to fit into the narrative and how they will change stuff to do it.
Exactly. The foil occurred before the threshold was reached.
Or the threshold is the end of time and a 2nd big bang is about to happen
I am so stoked for this whole phase. Like Iman Vellani, apparently, I also have a notebook full of my random thoughts and notes about potentially pivotal moments that have already happened, but can have some incredible meaning if given a future connection. What feels like intentional setting up to pull off a villain who can travel through time and would have been around long before, pulling the strings. For example, in "What If...", we see Hank Pym go on a murderous rampage while being undetectable. Imagine now someone like Kang having access to Pym's shrinking tech. Which is what happened when Darren Cross and the Yellowjacket suit were sent to the Quantum Realm. Now Kang can use the Yellowjacket suit for its intended purpose, control. Instead of going on a murderous rampage, like Cross or WhatIfHank, Kang could be much more patient and subtle about the changes he was making, and how it affects the timeline to something more favorable to himself. And they can (and I feel will), give Kang his "Agatha All Along" moment but on a massive scale. Like, it turns out he was reverse rattattoie-ing that rat from Endgame that let Scott out of the Quantum Realm, or hell, maybe his city is located inside a piece of shrapnel that was stuck in Iron Man or was imprisoned in Mjolnir until released by Hela. He can be tiny and travel through time, he could literally be anywhere causing anything to happen in the history of the MCU. And I can't wait to see where they are going to go with all this. And this is all just my excitement for the nerdy parts, not even getting into what they are doing as far as themes for this batch of stories especially.
This gives me life
Cross is going to be MODOC. When he got crushed and shrunk it fused him into the yellow jacket suit.
This makes me emotionally happy Iâm so fucking high rn and this is all making me so fucking excited and nostalgic of the mcus history
@@Facetiously.Esoteric 100%. Like, watch his 'death' scene in the first movie, he literally gets his limbs shrunk first, exactly how a Cross/MODOK could explain MODOK's frankly *wild* proportions. Plus his giant helmet in Loki's Void. Just saying, a misproportioned giant-headed Darren Cross who is missing a helmet and could therefore appear exactly like comic MODOK looks, who has a personal reason to want to antagonize Scott, Hope, and Hank.
@@samuelg2819 Glad to hear đ That's exactly the kind of vibes I like to spread! đ I hope you had an enjoyable high!
I assumed the "threshold" He Who Remains referred to was his decision to step off the loop and offer control of the timeline to Sylvie and Loki. He made it really clear that he could have beat them and that could have been part of his known time loop. I think the threshold he refers to is trying something new instead of simply dispatching them again because he's tired and "older than he looks" and ready for change even if he dies because he assumes he's inevitable.
To take it a step further HWR only felt comfortable taking a risk on passing the TVA torch to the Lokis because he didn't know that one of the other Kangs has been biding his time in the quantum realm. Quantum realm Kang has been amassing an army and power so that this time around he can win the multiversal war and prevent HWR from winning and starting his infinite loop all over again.

I posted a comment on your last Kang Video. I think Cassieâs Quantum Satellite causes the Signal Wong sees in the 10 rings. During the same post credit scene, Captain Marvel gets an alert and leaves. In the Ms Marvel post credit scene, Kamala gets a similar signal and then swaps with Captain Marvel.
Do you think this all happens at the same time?

I'd like to add one more layer and maybe tie two of your theories together. Kang's end goal isn't winning the multi universal war. That's just halfway. I think he wants to take on the celestials....and will eventually become Galactus. It's a complete longshot stretch, but would be a cool origin for Galactus.
Its possible because in the pictures he's half way to looking like Galactus. Galactus might even be one of his variants.

"It has a connection to Secret Wars"
**Shows picture of Kang Dynasty**
With the time chair, bangle and the heart of Forever he would be able to go back to any point in time, in any (every) universe and change the past without creating new branches, only endless universes Kang has conquered
interesting theory, but IMO i would be a bit to complex for general audiences so I think how they'll tie movies together, but it will *not* be that complicated
I love the theory!
Mine is a little more simpler and I called it after the time travel episode in ms marvel (which isn't a brag at all really) is that the ten rings and the bangles are simply Kang Tech. They are ancient because they where lost OR planted in ancient history.
Also just to throw it out there, the Kang who has taken over the TVA...mightn't be the Kang of Quantumania. We only see a statue after all, it would be glorious if he was dressed in red and is a spin on the crimson centurion. I mean just like He who remains they don't have to be strictly ports from the comics, and it'll be good to have two kings at each other from the get go.
Always APPRECIATE a good theory, almost crushed my screen tapping on the video !
I thought the threshold being triggered was Wanda tapping into the scarlet witches powers which are directly fuelled by the multiverse, like if you watch the last ep of Loki and the last ep of Wanda vision then look at the time stamps, the moment she triggers the scarlet witch transformation the timeline breaks
12:55 nice touch with the star wars/lord of the rings crossover ahah
