I like this special he did. He’s been in prison so he came back and did a show. Made em laugh and show them there’s something good you can do after all that
100%, one thing so many of those dudes just dont have anymore is hope for their own life. this dude comes in and shows them that even a 15year sentence doesnt have to be the end of your life, youve just gotta get out and work hard for it. that little spark of hope is SO important for them to actually be rehabilitated instead of just traumatized imo

about 12 years ago, I lived next door to a 3 story house which was being renovated. There were a group of Mexican guys working on the roof when one of them fell off. All of the other guys panicked and ran downstairs to see if the guy was hurt. When they got to him, he had fallen on a big pile of leaves. Dude got up, and went back to work on the roof.
