Chloe: for the side planks when you kick your leg forward ......better to bend the lower leg so you can actually kick or hold the side plank with both legs together and no bent one but not be able to do the kicking?
Hi Ruby, try with the lower leg bent and on the mat, and the top leg kicking forward! :)

Note to self this is not a beginners workout my knees died I could barely make it through the workout at all I don’t know if it hurt because it’s supposed to or because I’m overweight and my knees couldn’t handle the pressure
Ps there are no breaks for the full 16 minutes!

You Got the sides wrong and it’s confusing me …like you said to put your left hand on top of your right hand but clearly YOUR not doing that, and people are following YOU during this workout, you just need to preface it but you DEFINITELY got your sides wrong !
