    Whew!!!!! Staying flexible and strong at 62, with a little help from my friends!!! Thanks to you for this epic all-purpose flow, it reminds me of my dance classes in my 20's. Love it!

    Great workout!! I echo what others have said: I really appreciate her modesty. She's very natural. This workout was not quite what I was expecting. Lots of new exercises . Probably a little advanced for me. I needed some alternative moves on a Few of these.

    Chloe, I am a golf coach, 42, and recently had a back injury. Your videos have helped me get back to close to 💯. While I still work on mobility and stretching, I recommend your videos specifically for flutes and hips to all my clients. Everyone who has done the videos repeatedly, has seen great results.     Returning to these amazing videos after doing them all through the pandemic. I love them! I like to do the first series twice as a warmup/burn and then continue thanks Chloe!

      And more love, I love how Chloe knows so much about the body and pilates yet doesn’t take it too seriously- that turned me off pilates for years (being too serious). Really welcoming and inclusive

      @@golfcoachpaul wow! That was such a great message to receive! I used to play golf when I was a kid with my grandparents and this message took me back there. I'd be a bit rusty these day unfortunately!!
      So pleased to hear how much the videos are helping you - for a strong golf swing, you need strong hips for power so yes, lots of glutes! Also, so important to maintain good upper back mobility 👍👍

      this really burned my glutes and abs. i loved how easily these moves engaged my muscles. often its hard for me to feel those muscles switched on. more of Chloe and vids like these!!

    Thank you for not putting music in the background the whole time. So many videos have music that is either not enjoyable, or too loud to hear the instructor, or both, and worst of all is when they know the music will be loud so the instructor shouts the whole time.
