sorry for a silly question, what is the purpose of the block? to make the exercises more challenging?
Not a silly question! For most people, having a block under the hand for that first exercise feels more comfortable on the bottom hip. Some people find they cramp in that lower hip without a bit of elevation, provided by the block. You can do it without the block too! x

I'm sorry you feel sad about this but please know, this is a superrrr challenging class! These classes are designed to go at your own pace and take breaks whenever you need them - there's no shame in that! Let me know if you'd like me to recommend some other classes to you. Chloe x
