    This one ticks all the boxes! It’s quick, effective, equipment-free, and great for all levels!
    We will start with some abdominal activation (everyone loves to work the core!) and move into some side-lying glutes. Then we work the whole body with a bird dog series and finish with some triceps and a good old fashioned plank!
    Modifications are given so this is good for all levels to try. Send it to your loved ones you want to keep active in iso!

    I appreciate how thoughtful your workouts are, and how many details you give us, and also your encouragement. I went to a class and the teacher left out lots of instructions and side comments that I've become used to with you----I felt a bit lost! Thank you for being awesome.

    You are the best Pilates instructor I have found since Ana Caban and believe me I love Ana Caban bae !!! I did Gaiam Pilates back in the old days with VHS tapes 😉 and then I just stopped exercising because my life got out of control... last May I found the strength and will to take care of myself again, I naturally went back to the few videos of Ana Caban I found here on youtube, and as I was making progress I found videos from Robin Long and her Balanced Life... I did the 2 and then yesterday I found you and I just thought YES this is my new fave Pilates instructor !!! It is so amazing to get back into health, and Pilates saved my life in the past and is saving it again and now I have your videos to help me along the way : thank you so much, I thank Heaven I found you, I'm ready for the challenge, be blessed Chloe 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤

    This workout definitely ticks all the boxes! Loved the challenging ab and tricep work! The side leg work was great too! During side leg work, my supporting leg wants to do all types of crazy things: lift, bend, swing around, press the foot against the mat, you name it! I wonder if it's just me or if it happens to other people as well...

      Glad it ticks all the boxes! I personally love this sequence too :) Regarding the side leg lift work - maybe try repositioning the lower leg. You could have the leg extended and either reaching to the far end of the mat (relaxed down), or slightly forward. It might be worth exploring that and seeing if you can relax it more. Let me know how you go! x
