    Hii! I'm a med student so i don´t have much time in the day, i feel very :/ during the day, but i love you videos because i can snack on them throughout the day and they made me feel amazing!! THANK YOU SO MUCHHHH

    I m going to use 0.5kg weights. My arms are extremely weak. And saggy 😖

      I started by using 0.5kg and after a number of months I progressed to 1kg. Give yourself time and you'll get there xxx
