Delicious and mouthwatering fresh mushrooms. You can use any type with caps- button, shiitake or portabella. Remove the stems and combine with imitation crab, tuna and mayonnaise. Top with cheese and bake for a luscious treat. A sure hit for Super Bowl party, potluck, get togethers, or any other occasion.

hello Lenora. I've tried making this today and it came out awesome. My wife liked it. I omitted the Tuna. I also added a tblsp of Oyster sauce to the Mayo. I've also added a can of Water Chestnuts for the crunch. no cheese was needed. flavor was through the roof. I also cut a small piece off the top of each mushroom to prevent it from rolling over. that worked well. I cooked on the BBQ grill with some foil on a cookie sheet. it worked out perfect. Thank you for your recipe.
