Clubhouse Sandwich | Superbowl Appetizer

This is a good appetizer to get people in the mood for watching the Superbowl. It is a three decker sandwich with generous slices of turkey, bacon, tomato and lettuce. Paired with French fries, this is a good pupu (appetizer) for people to eat.

Used to make these at the old Lihue Airport Restaurant when I worked there, back in the day. But I haven’t eaten one in a long time. Super Bowl Sunday it is.
