We're cooking up some luau stew in Hawaii's Kitchen. It's one of the favorites at Heeia Kea Pier on Oahu's Windward Side.

I cut up my spareribs, add hawaiian salt, water to cover the meat and add all my leaf in. By the time the leaf is cooked the meat is tender. I always make a huge pot. It freezes well for lazy nights!
