    my version of luau stew is shortribs and luau leaf and hawaiian salt. BOOM. You gotta try my version of luau stew. Family approved.

    Leaf should’ve been chopped so it could render down

    I cut up my spareribs, add hawaiian salt, water to cover the meat and add all my leaf in. By the time the leaf is cooked the meat is tender. I always make a huge pot. It freezes well for lazy nights!
