- I've purchase orthotic insoles for a pair of tennis shoes. Everything was great until I started to hear a rather loud squeaky sound coming from them as I play or walk. As I was thinking to insert back the original liners I decided to try using natural hair wax to fix the problem. See how it turned out.
Wax I used:

Doesn’t the squeak mean the orthotics are rubbing /moving and not supporting you correctly?
It doesn’t. The noise wax near the heel when I step on it. They are correct size I think it’s just the rubber itself was noisy. Now it’s all good even if I put them in a different shoe.
@@roadtoquality I am confused why wear orthotics that aren’t proper for your feet!? The squeak is annoying but the fact that I can feel the improper support is the biggest problem
@@HeidiLovesNYC why do you think that the sound means not the proper fit? If I wear them in other shoes, I don’t have that sound. It only in my tennis shoes.
@@roadtoquality I meant they don’t fit those particular shoes properly
@@HeidiLovesNYC don’t have anything to add here. They make my feet comfortable and stable 🤷🏽♂️. It works for me and the solution that I have shown in the video has worked for me.
