Oh my gosh thank you. The dryer sheet worked perfectly for me. I’m an avid runner who has accessory navicular syndrome. My newest set of orthotics were so squeaky and the dryer sheet fixed it perfectly! I was dreading my next 10 mile group run; now I’m not worried about being incredibly annoying to the other runners!!

PS. I didn’t have a dryer sheet so just used some thin cardboard which completely worked! I had to replace most of my shoes to add better ankle support alongside getting orthotic insoles, an expensive venture. My favourite new pair were the seriously squeaky shoes - so loud it was almost funny, but thanks to your amazing tip I’m squeaky-free. Thank you.
