The Bismarck is referencing a famous German WW2 ship, huge with a lot of fire power. It sank the HMS Hood, making it a high priority target. It was defeated when a retreating ship managed to get some good hits on it, then later an armada of ships sank it when one of their planes managed to torpedo the rudder. I'm REALLY condensing it here, it's worth a google. But suffice to say someone whose speciality subject on Mastermind was WW2 Navy ships forgetting the Bismarck is like talking about space rockets and forgetting the name NASA.
I moved away from friends and family 20 years ago to follow a career in the city, I'm now moving back in 2 weeks, and I'm so excited. And you're right, it's the small things. ❤

Something i have just realised about this episode...Isa said that Ronnie lost by 'one' point on mastermind, the thing is if he even got the bismark question correct he still would not have won, best he could have done is a draw.
He could have had less passes
