Ingredients:
Cassava (2kg)
PEPPER SAUCE
2 big Tomatoes
Pepper ( to your taste)
1/2 Green bell pepper
1 1/2 Red bell pepper
Spring onions
1 big size White Onions
1 Shrimp cube
6 cloves of Garlic
Thumb size Ginger
1 remie all purpose seasoning
2tbsp of fish powder
vegetable oil
VEGETABLE STIR FRY
1Red bell pepper
1 Green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 big red onion
Spring onions
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
VEGETABLE SALAD
1 big English Cucumber
1 red onion
Tomatoes
1 tbsp of olive oil
salt to taste
1 tbsp of all purpose seasoning ( homemade)
TILAPIA SEASONING
1tsp of salt
3 cups of Vegetable oil ( to fry)
1 tbsp of ground Anise Seed
1tbsp of Rosemary
1tbsp of all purpose seasoning
3 tbsp of Green pepper sauce ( homemade)
