List of ingredient:
- Cassava Couscous (Attieke)
- Maggi seasoning
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Water
FISH SEASONING
- 2 Tilapia
- White pepper to taste
- Shrimp seasoning to taste
- Oil for frying
VEGETABLE MIX
- 3 Bell peppers
- 1 Red onion
- A dash of vinegar or lemon juice
- maggie liquid seasoning to taste
- 1 Tablespoon of Olive oil
SAUCE
- 3 Medium tomatoes
- 4 chillies
- 4 spring onions
- 3 Garlic cloves
- A thumb size ginger
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 shrimp cube
- 1 maggi cube
- 1 Tablespoon curry powder
- teaspoon shrimp seasoning
