You made a good purchase dealing with North Georgia airless Jonathan and his team are a great group of people brother I believe you going to have a great pressure washing system keep up the good work
Call me and I'll come and take that old junk stander mower off you hands....😉 Should be a nice build. I like the compactness of the gear box but not sure of the longevity of it. Lot of moving parts and vibrations from every angle. At least with a belt system you have the belt itself for a damper. I guess we'll have to see it in the long run. Anti-seize or grease the hell out of the shaft if you can. I've seen some videos of the horror when taking those two pieces apart for whatever reason.... Keep up the vids. Love to watch the progress...👍
That Scag is a beast! I did a bunch of research and found people getting 4,000 to 5,000 hours out of a gear drive pump. I was going to grease the shaft until I called Udor. Udor recommends putting hi-temp silicone on the shaft before installing the pump. It sounds crazy, but he claims they been doing it for a long time and you can remove the pump with no problems. Thanks for watching!
Is it possible to build a rig like this with a 4 gpm pump so that when I get into buffer tank territory, I can simply upgrade the pump but keep the engine. Future proof a setup. I’d also like to do this is on a rolling type cart so it’s mobile if that’s possible lol Thanks for the vids.
Can I use the 8gpm udor pump to my Honda gx630? I do alot of commercial work. I have currently a 5.6gpm 4000 psi direct drive on it? Maybe if I take this pump off, add the muffler and the 7.9gpm at 3000 psi it will work? But It will be a gear reduction pump now instead of the direct drive ? Right ?
Nice!! From my research, the gear drive pumps are as good or better than belt drive. I chose a gear drive because it has a smaller footprint and will work better on my trailer. I also like the fact that is very simple. Good luck with the build and keep me posted. Thanks
I’ve run gear drives for years with no issues at all!!! I currently have 2 gear driven units on my trailer one with a GX630 Honda and other is a 14hp Kohler both have 7gpm AR pumps and they kick ass !!! Would never go back to gear drive
Man, that thing looks sweet! You did a great job selecting parts. That’s the best of everything. Interested in seeing the build. Great video.
Thanks Tim. I hope to have all the parts in by this weekend to finish the build.
My man! Cannot wait to see it in ACTION 🇱🇷💪💪💪🇱🇷
Hopefully soon! Waiting on a few more parts
Beast Mode.... black edition looks awesome
I agree & should blend well with the trailer. Beast Mode!
Congrats !!! Welcome to the 8gpm club 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks!! Looking forward to the upgrade

Thanks!! They are a great group and very helpful for sure. I look forward to doing more business with them going forward.
You are moving up in life... Well done, guy... Good job! 💪
Tanks! The grinding is paying off fir sure!
Awesome Congrats!! On the 8 gpm , I also have a 8 gpm as well. Great content keep grinding
Thanks!! I cannot wait until I get that beast on the trailer.
Looks good!!
Thanks
sweet machine, what a beast. Ill get there one day LOL
Thanks. Keep chasing the cheese and it will come faster than you think!!
🙌🙌🙌
Is their any difference between the red model and the black on the igx800 motor?
Fantastic setup nice work! What are the details on the aluminum base? Thanks
It is a 10" channel with 2" angle mounting tabs. Thanks
Very nice. Would you say there’s not much of a difference between that and a belt drive one?
I would say not much, but I am liking the gear drive set up. I think it will be easier to maintain. But I really like to smaller footprint. Thanks
Hey man how's that 800 FI motor holding up? About to buy either a 690 or the 800. Thanks for the content!
The 800 is a beast. Highly recommend. Thanks

Honestly, the IGX800 would be to much a 4 GPM pump. You could build a trailer with a Honda GX390 & 4 GPM pump, then add a bigger unit later. Thanks
Looks really nice. Why did you get the gear driven pump
As opposed to a belt driven one?
Mainly because the gear drive has a smaller footprint & fits my layout better. I am hoping to get it mounted in the next week or two. Thanks
Didn't see the actual build or a link to the build... So I guess I have to search through your channel to find it?

Where did you get the gear drive udor pump?
I got the pump from Sprayer Depot. Thanks

It should work but you will lose a little pressure. GPM x PSI/1100 is the rule of thumb equation. Thanks
@allproexteriorservicesllc5338 would you know by any chance how much psi I will lose ? Thank you so much
I also building my 8gpm , just with less budget I got yesterday the predator 670cc from harbor freight. What you think about gear driven pumps?

Thanks man...
if you can put list of parts to build it be good tks cool vids
I will try to find the parts numbers an add them to the description. Thanks
Problem. Each time I release my gun it causes my hose to surge around the reel.
I had the same issues and now unreel all of my hose before each job. Thanks
Hi sir, how long of garden hose do you use and how many feet of pressure washer hose do you use?
I have 100' of water hose & 200' of pressure hose. Thanks
@@allproexteriorservicesllc5338 thank you sir, you helping me so much sir.
@@NutcrewGaming Anytime!! Go make some cheese!
What’s the difference of buying an igx800 8gallon vs gx690 8gal?
Shouldn’t you be able to get more than 8gpm out of the igx800?
The IGX800 is fuel injected. Thanks
@@Bort11 Yes, I could have went to a 10 GPM pump, but 8 will work better with my set up. I want to be able to run my 4 & 8 GPM units at the same time.
Where did you get the engine ? North Georgia … what?
North Georgia Airless. Thanks
Sprayer
Why didn’t you buy a gx690 because you are only going for 8gpm
I was originally looking at the 690. The IGX*00 was $100 more so it was a no brainer just for the fuel injection. Thanks
Frayer Depot ?
Sprayer Depot. Thanks
