The urology community needs to understand that many men want longer penises, and they are going to pursue that endeavor wherever they can. doctors need to understand this, even if they don’t support it. The medical community needs to conduct double blind trials and professionally
assess the current procedures. Ignoring this subject will lead to disastrous results for some men.

I'm a 71 year old male who has had 6 lumbar spine surgeries, 3 and 3. The reasons are too long to list here but I suffer from ED perhaps because the neurosurgeon may have hit some nerves.
I deal with my ED with injections prescribed by my urologist and it works although the medication is tweaked occasionally. I also take Tadalafil at night to maintain nighttime erections so the my penis does not get smaller. I also use a vacuum pump every day to keep blood flowing into my penis.
In the final analysis, my wife enjoys what I have with no complaints...well, except that at times I can be too large her but we know how to deal with that.
Frankly, for me, yes I want my penis to work and to satisfy my wife and in the end, me as well. And I am making that goal.
