Not necessarily. There are famous actors who do small films but theyre so popular that their audience swarms to whatever theyre in, depending on how famous they are the publicity and media coverage doesnt always die down.

I always felt as though this philosophy stuff is just certain types of people assuming their psychological issues are universal, but is it really so common for people to feel like they aren't enough? Why wouldn't you be enough though? Do they not believe in the value of life? No one says they believe that disabled lives are worth less, but do they secretly believe that? That if they achieve less they are worth less?
If you grow up in an environment where you aren’t cherished, loved, valued, where the feeling of you being unlovable is instilled, it’s incredibly hard to first come to terms with these incredibly painful feelings. You never felt like you were enough for what you were and now you try to find ways to feel like you are enough, usually something external like money, achievements or god knows what, so you feel like you deserve love. We all just want to feel loved and appreciated at the end of the day.
In some cases this world view is extended to everyone, but commonly is presents itself as a lack of self-compassion
