Honestly, this commentary is extremely lazy. You can tell that not all of these commentators have listened to the entire commencement address. This is so lazy that you can’t sit down and listen to a 21 minute speech. True fact, this speech was not for you. You were not the audience. He never said that all women should be homemakers. He said the majority are looking forward to that.
Another true fact, just because someone doesn’t live the life that you agree with doesn’t mean you should shame them. If she, his wife, believes that having a child and being a homemaker makes her life complete, how in the world can you shame them for that because that something that you would not do. How narcissistic can you be.
This school is a conservative Catholic school. That was his audience. Do your research before you comment on what you don’t know. #lazy
