Yes, that was the size of our weddings. Our engagement is mostly family only with a lot less people.
I had no guests...just my mom, one of my brothers, a friend and her husband. My dad was home sick and ruined our wedding night, by having a panic attack, rushing to the hospital thinking he was dying. Yes my husband was my first and my last. I will never marry again. There are worse things than being single, much worse.
yeah indian, eygptian, arabic cultures; we all have very big weddings as standard. 600 is considered average - for me at least

I am 1000 percent in favor of people doing whatever they want for their wedding but I was laughing at the wings and knight costume.
That was funny. When she came in wearing the last dress her mum frowned as if to say "what on earth is she wearing?" but then when asked she said "I love it". The expression on her face was 'thank goodness she's not moaning about this one, let's buy it and get out of here'. She still didn't look convinced when her daughter was 'saying yes to the dress'.

"Low budget"????? This was in 2010, so that's a huge amount of money for a rag that's only going to be worn for less than 20 hours!! To put it into perspective, her mother's $4,000 then would be worth $5,700 today, which is a great deal of money for 99% of us!
