Así q uno está ogligado a decir q esta tipa es bonita.
Xq sino dices q es bonita, entonces eres racista, correcto?
Favorite Dolly Parton quote: *"It takes a lot of money to look this cheap."*
😂 right?
Truth
The difference is
Dolly KNOWS she looks cheap and she owns it
This poor girl however….😂
Ha ha ha.. yes, but sorry I didn't like any of them - all rather tacky.
@@susiemorris2334 agreed!
the bigger the price tag, the uglier the dresses get.
That's what i thought, too 😂
Frequently, yes!!

Yes ma’am! Why is this brides face red! I’m sorry, but it’s giving sunburn or bleached skin. It’s not natural looking…period. The dresses are so ugly. I’m sorry this is the first time I’ve written a negative comment about a bride and her dress. But I said what I said.
Call me crazy, but it’s actually okay to wear the same dress for both weddings…especially if the dress is already your perfect dream dress.
That's what I was thinking! Some people have more money than brains...
Plus the previously purchased dress has 2 skirts!
I mean🤷🏾♀️
I usually only see people buy different dresses when the cultural expectations are very different, for example, an Indian wedding and a western one. But hey, this woman obviously comes from a family with an insane amount of money, her “less extravagant“ budget was $10.000.
Same
@@Stephanie-ln7rc you can say that again!
Diane picked the tackiest dresses in the salon. It is possible to spend a lot of money and still have good taste.
the bride wants top to bottom crystals, clearly tacky is her style. although I'm not sure even the designers on "my big fat gypsy wedding" would go that far...
I’ve never been a fan of Diane.
@@HeronCoyote1234I always get the impression that she’s focused on the commission and not the bride
Negative nancies 😂🪬
@@HeronCoyote1234 same. she never has good picks
With that much money to spend, she should just skip the store entirely and have something custom-made.
Yes, but then she wouldn't get to be on TV. She wanted to be on the show.
A 17 000 dollar dress should be good enough to wear twice!
and she already got the two skirts, so at this point she just wanted to be on the show one more 'gain lol
17000 dress: I'm wearing it once a week for the rest of my life.
The first silver can can style dress she tried on for 34,000 was actually BOUGHT in another episode by a bride with an unlimited budget! I remember the episode well-she actually asked for that dress!
I remember it and I hate that dress lol
I call it the space burrito dress
Yep and the marriage lasted like a year
Yes, that lady needs to watch more episodes.
Oh yes, who can forget the Marie-Antoinette-I-Love-Bastille-Day-Avant-Garde-Bride
The dresses that are being given to her look more like costumes than wedding gowns...to me, the bride wants bling and drama, but quality and class as well. I agree...it shouldn't be that difficult to meet her needs.
For all of this money blown on a four hour wedding she should concentrate and invest on realistic and quality hair pieces.
😅😅😅😅😅👍🏻👍🏻
😂😂😂😂
Came here to say the same thing! Most awful wig and bangs I’ve ever seen.
I came here to say something similar 👀🤣🤣🤣🤣 all this money but that hair… good lawd, no. Looks like a cheap wig.
Money does not equal class.
Well she is Nigerian they are far from classy
well she marrying a Nigerian
Does class matter?
@@Maz-zb9uf you were clearly not paying attention, she’s Nigerian too so double the tackiness.
Why y’all talking about them being Nigerian. If someone made that same comment about a Jewish bride, it would be scrubbed off CZcams.
So much money and she couldn't find a nicer wig for television?😮
Right?! Horrible wig or weave.
Google "bad wig theory". Basically, the worse the wig, the richer the husband.
Oh lawwwd 😂😂😂
We’re all thinking the same thing 🤣🤣
Well it’s 2010 wigs for all black women even celebrities weren’t good at all. It was mostly perms and braids. So please be mindful next time u wanna make a wig comment
I am blown away at the price of the wedding, I mean $500, 000??!!! I swear her daddy must be a multi-billionaire. Even spending $17,000 on a dress blows and obliterates my mind. I cannot comprehend spending even $1000 on a dress for 1 day! My dress cost $400. And I was happy, and just celebrated my 10yr wedding anniversary. This is just mind blowing. The interesting part is 10yr later, I still have the favorite wedding of all my family and my parents didnt spend nearly this much. Her $17,000 was close to my entire wedding. I think my parents said the whole wedding was $20k-$25k. Like seriously. Sometimes less is way more.
Let me give u context...African weddings are EXTRA. Most of our parents save for them very early on and with us...we have SEVERAL customs to conclude before the "white wedding" so its sometimes a 4 day affair so the planning is extensive. We also don't just divorce easily...both families try to assist the couple even when in trouble. It may sound insane but for us its normal...
Totally agree! My wedding dress was 1500 EUR and it was beautiful. Our wedding cost us 25k in total with 180 guests. We celebrate this year 10 years of marriage
@@evelinac2423 oh cool. I was similiar, I had 120/130 guests.
Her father was in politics, he was the advisor of a former Nigerian president in Petroleum matters. Petroleum is one of Nigerian Richness. In most African countries, there's a type of wealth that is seen mostly in those involved in politics. I am not saying they are all corrupt but there's a pattern.
@@keepitfrankwithfentse Why are presenting alternative facts to the people in comment section? We are not out here throwing $500,000.00 the majority of us don't have like that. You know that a certain type of wealth in Africa is reserved to very few and most ( not all) political affiliated just like this lady father. You know how our politicians get down. I am not saying this wss the case but the pattern is there.
Her father works in the oil industry… And anyone who knows the Nigerian oil industry knows that his hands are not clean and subsequently neither is the money she’s using
Exactly 💯
She’s also related to notorious Nigerian dictator. The whole family is corrupt.
damn that’s crazy…same thing in america
Sad to hear
@@lunarbunny3021 it figures no wonder she thinks a all crystal dress 👗 is there for the asking
I personnaly find this type of indulgence quite sickening especially with Nigeria having so many problems including starvation.
PERSONALLY.
Correct-spelling-matters.
This happens in the US every day, and people are starving in your backyard...AND? So you shouldn't enjoy whatever luxuries you can afford because people are starving, correct?
I mean it happens everywhere in the world.
Im already put off by that dehydrated wig. 😑
LISTEN !!!! 🥲🥲 I’m trying to understand !
Yesssss!
Perhaps she should invest a little more in wigs.
Lmfao dehydrated 😂
🤣🤣🤣
Diana should listen to her client insthead of proposing the most expensives dresses just in order to increase her commission.
😂 I'm not impressed by how expensive the dress is, I am impressed by a marriage that lasts. I know of a lot of bare bones weddings that led to long lasting marriages...50, 63 years. They started out with almost nothing!
Half a million dollars, so insane. I would think someone from Nigeria would have more respect for money. Bet she has never worked to earn money
Usually the inexpensive wedding last the longest. All these expensive crazy weddings last a few months. Disgusting
Ok, but the show is about wedding dresses… so maybe you shouldn’t be here. You come on and criticize and act like just because they have money their marriage won’t last. They are buying what they want. Different subject matter than your judgmental comment that does not make sense for this show.
This episode has to be at least 10 years old, if not older. I’m with you. I’d be interested to know if she is still married.
So true...
Instead of spending money on dresses, why can't she have a good hairdresser to trim those bangs
Good point. Her hair is not pretty.

"Liza's sense of style is very high fashion..."
Nah girl, she's tacky. A big budget doesn't automatically mean high fashion
Couture models look pretty amazing in these expensive creations. However, on a normal person, it just doesn't look quite right. I hope she finds a great designer for her crystal dress and has a lovely wedding!
The-show-was-filmed-in-2009....the-wedding,-no-matter-what-she-wore,-is-long-over-and-done-with.
Unless someone is buying two dresses because one is traditional to their heritage and one is a traditional western gown it don't see why you would want two dresses for two weddings. There will be different people at them and if you love your dress why wouldn't you want the opportunity to wear it twice? I can see doing different hair and accessories but it just doesn't make sense to me.
The only reason is because she can. She said her parents are paying $500,000 for the wedding - I don't know if that's just the one in Nigeria or both - but that's an obscene amount of money. HALF A MILLION DOLLARS. Ouch. And all that money thrown at really expensive really tasteless gowns. Ouch.
Because she just wants attention. I’d love to know if she’s even still married. Money doesn’t buy happiness.
The only other time for a second dress 👗 would be a dancing dress for the reception not 2 wedding’s
If you can afford a 50K dress and a half-a-million dollar wedding... why tf would you buy/wear such a cheap wig? Like, you can def afford AMAZING wigs/extensions.
Hard wig/Soft Life.
With so much money you’d think she could afford a better wig.
Ha ha I made the same comment, and the I saw yours.
Only someone that’s rich would be stupid enough to spend this much on something that looks so cheap!
but even if I were that rich, I would want to look elegant...
I love this bride's attitude, she stayed positive throughout being brought HORRIBLE cancan looking dresses for her wedding. I have no problem with her paying what she wills for two different tradition weddings. She will need another dress, because African weddings can last days, and weeks; even a month in that part of the world. Same for Middle Eastern, East Indian, Asian countries and many other cultures like American Indian. Those are whole other continents, we cannot always expect everyone to fit our standard. These are entire affairs! You are on Display- being PRESENTED- to gain your ranking and status among, the tribes' families, nation, and communities. This ain't yo' cousins afternoon wedding that lasts 5 hours. Think bigger. It is okay to be a practical American, but in this case it is not warranted. There is time--and-place for everything! You could shame the family wearing something that was meant for their special event, to something less than the affair YOUR/or your Spouses Family has given you. I get it, cudos to her for marrying ROYALTY! Do you, Honey. 🤑💯💅
Wow. She could be a double for Wendy Williams! I never noticed the resemblance when I first saw this episode.
I think they screwed up because they weren't listening to her.
The bride wanted something to top the other dress. They should have taken her in a complete different direction, would have loved to have seen the bride in a flowing lace dress with sparkling crystals on the bottom. I think she would have loved it because it wasn't about comparing to the other dress but rather a whole new direction in a dress equally as beautiful.
She-very-VERY-clearly-stated-repeatedly-that-she-wanted-"ALL-CRYSTALS-FROM-TOP-TO-BOTTOM"!!---Nobody-else's-opinion-on-what-she-"should"-have-mattered---and-this-episode-is-from-2009!!!!
Immediately my mind said “ Wendy Willimas?” 😂😂
I'd love to see an update on all these blushing brides. Maybe even those for vow renewals looking for a new dress
If you have that much money to spend why wouldn't you simply have a custom gown made to begin with. Smh
Used to do hair. It's a shame she hasn't bothered doing better with her choice of wig
I'm surprised they didn't instantly go to Pnina.
The silver dress is actually Pnina. One of a kind runway dress. I can't believe they found even one bride who wants it, but it was sold in a clip called "It's A Show Stopper Dress Worth $34,000 & They LOVE IT!".
She did lol. The girl you see with Diane was Pnina’s rep at the time.
@@neilikka I remember that episode . The bride liked Marie Antoinette
Can’t buy taste or class. First Say Yes I had to switch off because I just can’t. Not even Randy could make me stay this time.
The reason she can’t find a dress is because she told them a budget and they are only showing her dresses that are at her budget. She can probably find another dress for less money that meets her needs.
The runway dress was killer. Would love to see who bought it.
I've seen the the video who get that silver dress. She is someone that have unlimited budget too and she was already went to the store to get that dress because she already feel that her dress when she saw it on runway.
It's gorggggg.
I'm sorry but I find this disgusting. Twenty five million people are facing death by starvation in Nigeria this year. Enough said.
This is an old episode
Get your stupid facts straight and mind your own nation deary. 25 million Nigerians are not starving.
episode aired in like 2010 (not to negate your very valid point but for the sake of statistics i felt the need to say it)
thats a good thing surely
@moniquegamboa9558 another valid point but the way i see it is that with that amount of money to spend on a wedding means they have the wealth to make even a little difference but realistically they probably aren't
edit: the way i see this comment
I think the dress she picked for the nigerian wedding is absolutely beautiful, ive never seen one like it
50 cents says they spent 500k for the wedding....and they are already long divorced and she is onto another
That's what I'm thinking too.
@@nikkinfl we are talking about 500 grand for a wedding. And I'm going with the odds that 60+% of marriages end in divorce. Plus, she is a fussy cow for wanting more, more, MORE. enough woman. Get married already
The bride said right away that her parents were spending $500K.
So she spent all that money on her wedding, but she walks around with a wig that looks dusty?!?!
If 'money can't buy taste' was a person
The cost is insane but that Nigerian dress is stunning
I really have no words...I hope she finds another dream dress and lives happily ever after
The-show-was-filmed-in-2009....probably-has-a-half-dozen-kids-by-now.
Half a million on a wedding!? That's insane, they're better off getting the couple a home for their children and future grandkids to live in...😅
Her first dress had a corset top. Why couldn't they just make her an additional skirt with crystals?
Her family is from Nigeria, where corruption is huge, and poverty is pervasive, so many people are starving ... this is sickening. Her father works for the oil industry. Do a google search on the oil industry in Nigeria. The violence around the oil industry, displaced people, poisoned land and water, rivers that sporadically catch on fire because there is so much oil sitting on top of them, without any attempt to control the runoff and pollution. All so people like this girl can spend exorbitant amounts of money to drape themselves in head to toe crystals. Every single crystal is the result of taking food out of the mouths of hungry children, the fighting for the money for those crystals includes rapes of terrified women. Of course she wants the spotlight on her, so the suffering that follows her is left in the dark. SHAME!!!!
Where did this clip say her dad works in oil? Her fiancé is in finance and she may also make a huge salary as many Nigerian men and women are very educated and hard working. I don't want to assume corrupt money when it isn't mentioned anywhere here....
@@cdnchevry it didn’t say anything about it in the clip, But there’s this thing called Google…..

she is not from a good family. It’s actually worse than I originally thought when I started reading into it.

Ikr. And her fake friends were co-signing, like , “ yeah , beautiful dress” . Um no , hot mess. 😂
I'm not sure how any dress can top a custom made dress that seems pretty crazy.
I was thinking she could just have another overskirt made to go with her first dress. She already has 1 overskirt. Make another one full of crystals
Fun group of kind ladies🎉
“ I don’t understand why they don’t have an all crystal dress 👗 “ as Diane say’s it doesn’t exhist
How come she can’t have a better wig????
I think that silver dress is awful. I didn't like it when the other bride wore it. Looks cheap.
With tht amount of budget, she may visit high fashion brand like vera wang, carolina herera, or oscar de la renta, even versace 🤷🏻♂️
Didn't that short silver dress with the train sell for over 30 grand in another episode?
Maybe the prices lower with time (out of style)
The bride has no idea how heavy a solid crystal dress would weigh.
I don't understand how she can afford such expensive dresses, but not a better wig.
The more expensive dress is ,the more ugly it become..
Why people spend too much money on those dresses
Ive seen so many of there cheaper dresses covered in crystals from head to toe .. yet this lady seemed more concerned about brining out the money makers for her self 😂 I hope she found her dress 😂
This-episode-is-from-2009,-so-it-no-longer-matters.
An all crystal dress? Does she have any idea how heavy that will be? That dress will be wearing her, too.
I wonder if this is before Pnina Tornai was around? I immediately thought all shiny crystals sexy dress plus high price!
$50, 000 dress and a $15 wig...
Dead😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
It’s not the dresses fault! That’s all I’m sayin’
💯
Call that lady in Boston who does gypsy weddings.
Different cultures have different wedding practices…traditional African and Asian weddings, for example, can be multi-day affairs. There are also social expectations and obligations. And there are plenty of folks from western cultures who spend every bit as much or more. Not my cup of tea and I can think of lots of better things on which to spend that kind of money but that’s me.
Excellent reporting
I wonder if she tried on the silver couture dress before the other bride who actually came in looking for it and bought it, or if they had a second sample
This chick is UNREAL !!
SHE IS LOADED BRO

Classic case of Money Cannot Buy Taste.
Hello Pnina…
She’ll absolutely do that.
Money definitely can't buy good taste
This show for me is more entertaining whan the brides have a budget and thankful to get a gown from this shop! The entitled brides don't have the same grace! Just because it's expensive doesn't mean it looks good! Hope the marriages last! It would be nice to get updated on these people!
Sometimes most expensive doesn’t mean most beautiful

Why not get it custom made? 🇨🇦
The first dress looks like tinfoil.😂
Love the feather dress!!
I wana c the final dress
The feather dress makes me think of Big Bird from Sesame Street.
I seen the episode where the $34,000 dress was sold to a woman that came just for that dress ... didn't look very well on her but meh ... people hear the expensive price tag and that makes it better ... smh
Im speechless.
I think Diane heard outrageous when what Liza was saying is showstopper
Too bad you can't buy taste and class

All I saw was Wendy Williams looking for a wedding dress 😅
"Is it too showgirl?"
Diana wrong and your friends not your friends, gassing that first dress up😂
No top to bottom crystals because that kind of dress would be terrible to wear, very heavy.
$500.000 for a wedding... on my living monthly budget I would be set for life if they would give that money to me...
