I LOVE this Show! Carry MORE of it!!!
😊😊😊😊😊
Yes! Yes! Yes!
I only WISH I looked as good as Christiane
If she is a lesbian, I will marry her tomorrow!!
I have complete respect for this Bride who respected her father’s budget and didn’t take advantage of his generosity.
💯
With alterations it went $400 above budget…. What’s 400 when your budget is 15k though I guess….
In our Indian culture,it's a ritual, parents spend alot for their children wedding. It's luv from their side as we live in families,we do alot for our families. . But u PPL have different perspective - money is not everything.
@@nidhiraina1109So you are saying it’s not nice that she stuck to his budget?
@@oldageisdumb do u think so?
I love how down to earth they all are despite the extravagant wedding and dresses
Just because you have a bit of money doesn’t mean you need to be snobby.
This bride is AWESOME! Stayed in budget; she obviously respects her father and his generosity.
Chose amazing and flattering gowns.
Kept her venues in mind, while being true to herself and her personality.
Wonderful!💖
Love that the dad cut short his work and dropped by to surprise the bride. That is a wholesome father daughter relationship ❤
I think 2 of the dresses are too similar to each other (but she looked stunning in them). I agree that the Indian ceremony should have colour! Traditional Indian ceremonies looks so beautiful.
Also, it's nice to see a rich family that's polite with no drama :)
yeah I would have thought that if she is going to the extra effort and expense of having a separate traditional Indian ceremony that she would then have the traditional dress.
I agree
If she is Christian then a white dress IS the traditional Indian wedding attire. Indian wedding dresses vary across states, religions etc. There is no fixed wedding attire in India - people often modify what they want to wear as they wish. Some people go the red lehenga route, some go white lehenga, orange lehenga, pink lehenga, green saree, white gold saree, some do banarsi saree, some wear dresses, etc etc.
@@rainstew Thanks for explaining :)
Yeah i thought she would have red dress for indian
This is one of those rare cases where the bride AND her entourage were all terrific!
Dad walked in at the right time. He has such a calm soul. The bride-to-be seemed much more confident when her poppa arrived. I liked this segment 🙂
First time I've seen a bride have a budget that considers the cost of alterations in her budget, too. Loved all 3 dresses for her, surprised she didn't try a coloured dress for her indian wedding but it was still fantastic ❤
Yes, the Indian wedding should have totally contrasted the church wedding.
All the three dresses are pretty on her. And her family is prettier. Also they manage everything in her budget. A wholesome video in Say Yes to the Dress. ❤️
Prettier* not *pettier* lol, but I got what you meant. The family is far from petty, and they have really nice fashion taste. Very sweet and generous as well.
@@TightyWhiteyTrashMaybe it was a typo?
@@TrinhNguyen-sh4fj obviously cuz they fixed it 🙄
@@TightyWhiteyTrashYou obviously did not know that so you had to criticize them for it.😠
@@TrinhNguyen-sh4fj I replied with a light, friendly tone by saying “lol” and adding “I knew what you meant.” But i didn’t realize I sounded like I was a spelling nazi out for blood and wishing death upon the commenter. Whoops, my bad.
What a lovely, supportive family, and all three dresses looked beautiful on her.
The father is so delighted to be there seeing his daughter, being fitted with bridal gowns.
The whole family, friends are just so incredibly supportive.
Bride you look awesome in all those gowns
Australia ❤️
Randy and his bridal assistant top job and very respectful.✨️
That was so sweet that her Dad cut his meeting short to surprise his daughter she respect her father by staying close to budget.
It would be cool if she wore traditional attire for the Indian ceremony
Yes and I am shocked that she did not. In our culture, we wear 3-4 dresses with at least 1-2 traditional dresses included.
I thought that as well. And the traditional dresses are absolutely gorgeous.
She still might since there are multiple events in an Indian wedding
I think she is maybe Christian or else white dress for Indian wedding doesn’t make sense. I am sorry as I have no clear idea of how Indian wedding happens in foreign countries but I have seen some people wearing traditional in social media posts that’s it.
The traditional wedding attire for Indian Christians IS a white dress. The lehenga is more Punjabi hindu tradition.
Her mom crying instantly was so heartfelt
Oh wish she had tried totally different styles - from princess, to drop waist and perhaps a blush coloured gown. The two gowns were almost identical. But lovely bride. Lovely family.
This bride was so chill given she was shopping for three dresses. Brides get flustered choosing one!
What a beautiful , respectful bride! She was humble and kind!
What a privilege to be able to have three wedding ceremonies and three dresses - and props to her for being grounded and sticking to the budget. She looked lovely in all the outfits
She'd waste hours of the most important day of her life just CHANGING CLOTHES!!
Stupid...shows what's important is the shallow part of the Day.
What a sweet, adorable family. The bride is gorgeous and seems like such a lovely person. Absolutely love the father-daughter relationship.
Dad is so elegant.
This is a feel good appointment. No drama, no delays. Beautiful bride, beautiful family
This bride and her entourage are a breath of fresh air.
100% 🥹
Honestly love these friends and family! They were very polite even when they didn't like a dress - no drama or anything just a polite "hmm maybe something a little different would fit better" kinda thing. Love it!
I think she had a great and supportive group of friends and family with her. When her father joined, you could tell he really wanted to be their from the beginning. He was great. Glad she found what she was looking for.
Good luck and best wishes.
And she was so happy to see him too which speaks volumes!
I didn’t realize there was a difference between 1 and 2 until they were side by side
Yes, it seemed pointless to get those two dresses that were very similar.
Nice dress but I can't with wearing an English dress for an Indian ceremony 😂🙈
Well you know, up till 1947, India was under British rule so it isn’t thát crazy 😀
@@xxxx-qo9dh Wtf kind of a nasty, ignorant comment. Christians in India existed long long before the British
@@xxxx-qo9dhand still nobody wore white dresses
@@xxxx-qo9dhyup but they have option between sari or dress in southern parts of India
@@tejasvinemani6763You can wear both. At our weddings, we wear the white one for the ceremony, the traditional one for the reception to greet each table, the cake cutting gown to cut the cake and then either use the same dress to dance or change into another traditional gown.
If they give an hour and a half per bride, why wouldn't they expand the time slot for someone buying three?
I love that her dad turned up!! He’s clearly a very proud papa!
She’s so beautiful and she is gonna make a beautiful bride 👰♀️
Congratulations
Did make a beautiful bride...this is from 2012.
Her mom is so sweet 💕 love this family. Hope she has a long happy marriage
I like her, I like her family, and I like that she stayed in budget for 3 amazing dresses, especially when there are so many other brides that have the same budget for just 1 dress, and they still manage to go over sometimes by thousands!
Wonder why if she’s having an Indian ceremony why not wear a tradition sari!
Or a lehenga sari is south indian north Indian wear.lenga and choli
I thought the same thing!
My thought exactly! Makes no sense to have a separate Indian ceremony and not even wear Indian. Moreover wearing white is not auspicious as Hindu bride since white is worn for funerals by Indians.
It's possible she had one custom made, elsewhere ❤
I would've loved to see little snippets of each wedding. Either way, she looked beautiful, and congrats on your big day! ❤
Yes, considering this episode is from 2012, they might have been able to include a brief clip of each wedding in this particular clip.
Hindu weddings are beautiful, I kind of wish they showed some Hindu dresses, their weddings are mind blowing.
I have never seen Indian traditional dresses in this boutique ( videos)
Not all Indians are hindu, some are Muslim and some are Christian.
@@Rubylove48 I know and I am saying that this particular boutique only for Christian wedding and not for any other
I want replying to your comment, I was replying to the original comment. 🥂@@tejasvinemani6763
@@Rubylove48Yup and her mom is probably Catholic.
Omg the dad was really sweet and the bride was adorable!!
What a cute family and I just love that Dad made such an effort to be there. And what about Cristiana? She had a great sale that day.
I am surprised she didn’t pick a coloured gown for her Indian ceremony
All 3 white dresses are 🫠
yea makes no sense lol
Because she is a christian...
She wore a white gown to an indian ceremony?! Wasted opportunity smh.
😂😂😂
The 2 Lazaro dresses are too similar. She could have chosen an Eve of Milady dress for the Vineyard wedding!
I agree and they looked very identical so was repetitive to me. What a big waste.
This bride seems NOT picky to me. She kept liking everything right away.
I'd love to see those weddings! So interesting, the cultural mix.
I wonder if, all those years ago, her parents were able to have two weddings. Perhaps we are looking at a tradition. Her parents were so beautiful together.
I always wonder about the veils though, they can add thousands to the total. Loved how swiftly this moved along and bride was so clear within herself on how she felt about each dress, beautiful bride!
and it's so dumb because they are a piece of tulle with a comb, and maybe some crystals. You can buy one for a fraction of the price if you know where to look
I love this episode. A supporting family is all that one needs. ❤ I hope she had a wonderful wedding and has a great happy marriage. ❤
A supporting family ! And money 😂
@@bo2720 😂😂
Christiana nailed this appointment. She was on fire.
She probably has the best taste in this entire show! Plus LOOOVE the last one!
It's a good thing that she knew what she was looking for and wasn't indecisive!! ❤
What a beautiful Bride and Family. OMG Papa! So sweet. Some families have figured things out. Lovely, lovely woman.
aweeee she should have done the traditional red for the indian ceremony !!
trueeee
What a great family, so supportive and kind ❤
What a father he is....❤❤❤❤❤respect this family
My daughter just chose her wedding dress a week ago, so this totally made me cry. It’s such a special moment, and one I’ve dreamed of sharing with her since she was born.
Awww that's so sweet❤❤❤❤❤❤❤wishing her a happy marriage!!
So happy for you and your daughter. Congratulations
What a beautiful bride and adorable family 🙏 all three dresses were so lovely ❤
I was wondering if they were going to stay in budget , because of the prices of the first two dress . They not only stayed in budget , the third dress was just as beautiful . All the dresses looked amazing on her .
I have a renewed respect for my sister-in-law who wore the same dress to both of her celebrations on two sides of the country.
That would make sense. I would imagine that both ceremonies were very similar. And the fact that the bride and groom were nice enough to honor both families and not make them go too out-of-pocket. So, the same dress would be perfect and both weddings looking like one in the wedding photos with ALL the family and friends. Sounds like your brother really picked the right lady (and vice versa).
In this case, traditional and Indian are common, so it would be two dresses...but the 'fantasy' sounded a little silly.
Lovely bride and great family! ❤
Oh bless she's looks beautiful in all the three dresses she picked all so different but very elegant I hope she has three very happy wedding days🎉🎉🎉
All 3 dresses look beautiful on her in different ways.
Even though she wanted three dresses does not mean that this appointment has to be crammed, and the bride is obliged to make her choice fast. These dresses cost $15K, a huge amount of money.
Incredible dresses! Loved them all and still within her budget! Amazing!
She has excellent taste, every dress she picked looks fabulous on her and I love that she is a little extravagant, it totally suits her 😊. Lovely woman and a lovely bridal party.
I thought the first 2 dresses she chose were very similar.
Christiana is a master! She knows what looks great on each bride and she knows the inventory. Bam!!!
I love how close she is to her dad she will make a beautiful princess bride
Loved all the dresses! Dad is so badass...I so wish there was some color on the hindu dress
This is one of the most satisfying episodes what girl wouldn't want 3 dresses if they could afford it!
All the dresses were really beautiful.. bt it would've been nice to see her in diff colour dress for the indian wedding as for the rest she already chose to wear white.
I thought so too. She should have chosen a different color instead of white for everything.
Her selections were beautiful!!! She has the rare opportunity to wear the same weadding dress more than once, which might have been nice and more budget friendly.
I think her dad has quite a bit of money and that budget friendly is not really a big issue.
She should have worn a red lehenga for the indian ceremony
But that's not necessarily traditional!
@@saividhyakannan how is that not traditional?
@@kimmichaud7741 Only very a few Indian cultures wear red lehengas at weddings. Even the word "lehenga" is, I think, Punjabi. We have a vast variety of cultures in India. In some, red is worn by a widow on the day her husband dies. So a red lehenga is not traditional Indian wedding attire.
@@saividhyakannan I was also.told white is worn at funerals and red lenga for north Indian brides and red sari for South Indian brides
@@saividhyakannan my.boyfriend is indian and he told me red lenga for north India and red sari for South India and no white only.fir funeral
Wow those are some beautiful dresses! I love that they're all not goddy or kitschy. So lovely.
This bride has incredible taste! I love every dress she chose ❤
I hated every one. Dress 1 Ok'ish. Dress 2 looked like it had been mangled in a paper shredder, AWFUL. Dress 3 , boring and it made her look bigger. Hideous....
I LOVED all of them on her! ❤❤❤❤👏🏾👏🏾🦚🍇
How sweet that the dad made a special effort to be there and surprise her
I love how supportive the family was of her. And I love how she respected her father’s wishes on the budget. As for alterations. If she only went $400 over. When she had a $15,000.00 budget. That is seriously not bad considering she got three dresses. All three of them beautiful none the less.
Why didn't the bride go to a place that sells Indian Bridal gowns? They are so colourful and beautiful. I mean white isn't the colour for an Indian wedding. But the rest of the dress is beautiful. ❤
She respected her family and traditions 😊
How exciting to be having 3 weddings 😊 she looked stunning in all of her dresses.
HAD three weddings....this episode is from 2012.
This is the 1st time ive seen a white dress for an Indian ceremony!! She looks so beautiful in all 3
Indian Christians do wear white
Beautiful family. I enjoyed this episode. Love her bond with her dad ❤️
Lovely couple!
The mom is amazing❤❤❤
Why not wear your traditional indian clothing? Cause each ceremony has a specific outfit and after the actual wedding then the brides usually changes into their wedding dress
I would think so. Especially if you're going to put in the extra effort to have an additional Indian ceremony specifically.
So happy for you Moonesha. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Love what Randy said..”if she’s got the money why not?”..so many people comment on how others spend their money.
one episode that i actually enjoyed and was happy throughout
Awesome episode ❤
That's beautiful and so lucky that she was able to respect her budget ❤❤
Good for her, the Vineyard dress was stunning! But can't help but wonder what's the point of doing a seperate Indian ceremony if you are not wearing a traditional gown... Like, going out of your way to cater to a cultural-style wedding, I'd say fully embrace it. Same for the church wedding, since it's specifically Spanish catholic could have gone for more modest(cover shoulders). I'm no one for religion, but if you choose that type of wedding gotta respect the context I feel.
SYTTD aficionados recognize that Lazaro dress at 4:45
The dress she said yes to for her vineyard wedding I think would’ve been perfect for her Indian wedding ❤
Respect to this family
"We have to get this appointment going, we still have two dresses to find!"
For 15.000 dollars I think you can spare one consultant for the entire day.
Great episode. Great guests and we got to see some beautiful dresses. No drama. So sick of the drama on this show, nice to see the show is changing its focus and going back to the way it used to be.
This whole family was quite lovely ❤
Indeed it’s the bride’s choice to wear whatever she wants but the first two dresses looked so similar and I think she could’ve done better by opting something Indian for the Indian ceremony .
Two out of the three dresses were almost similar. Could’ve gone for something more traditional for the Indian ceremony. But it’s her wedding. She looks beautiful.
3 ceremonies 😮 I could barely handle the stress of 1!
3:36 she's totally right ! Clearly she knows her dresses!
I must admit I live the red wedding dresses for Indian weddings or the bright colours
The parents are extremely wealthy but so sweet and no drama at all. The daughter doesn’t seem spoiled; completely respected the budget.
That's a nice commission for her. Great job.
