It's been a while since I last posted. Hope you enjoy! This one is a polarizing video as most might not be comfortable with the thought of eating raw beef; but trust me as it's a delicious delicacy and has been practiced for years. Even before refrigeration!! I've got a few more videos on the docket for the Wisconsin series and I'll be switching my focus to some different types of recipes and then moving on to a different state.

Very popular in Poland and super delicious! This is a very good recipe, though I recommend rump steak, as it tends to have a more intense flavour and for me the egg yolk is absolutely necessary. Smacznego!

in Germany, it's very popular in certain regions to eat "Mett". it's raw pork with nothing but salt and pepper. Served on buttered bread and topped with onions. It's glorious.

I used to eat this every year with my family. I am pretty sure it’s German, not based on the French dish. Also, we never mixed in an egg or any of the other things. The raw beef was simply spread on rye with pepper and raw onions. I personally have never understood why some call it a cannibal sandwich. You aren’t eating a human.🤷🏻‍♀️

It's GERMAN. And it's not steak tartar. It's just raw beef. With salt and pepper and an onion slice on top. Served on rye bread.

It's an absolutely awesome tradition. Once a year, with Ma, maybe Dad if he's feeling "festive".

I made something like this in college for some buddies for a poker night. I've made similar recipes a few times before and amazing every time. This time though we drank to much, let it sit out for about 8 hours then microwaved it. It was still delicious until 4 of us ended up at the ER with food poisoning lol just eat within the hour and y'all will be a okay! 😉
