Today we are at the famous Billy Bobs in the Fort Worth stock yards (Dallas area) Texas, taking on this giant prime rib challenge! We have a giant smoked prime rib, served with sides of coleslaw, green beans, potato salad, and cracklins (fried pig skins). We had 90 minutes to complete the challenge in order to get the meal for free, other wise we were facing a price tag over $400!! Can we beat this impossible food challenge? That's the first thing I noticed. The center cut should damn near be mooing. But that was bordering cremation.

That chef said an 11 lbs prime rib can feed 50 people? He must be feeding city folks. For country folks that might feed 10 people.

11.5lbs at 4oz a serving (Yes, 4oz of red meat is a serving. Could you eat more? Absolutely. But, the fact remains) measures out to be exactly 46 [approximately 50] servings. Factor in side dishes, and you have yourself 46 meals proportionate to actual serving sizes.
I didn’t think it was possible. That is hands down the biggest challenge I have seen completed.

Shoot more like high blood pressure. I never really gained weight over 37 years. Years of eating more crap than good food with beer is the reason. I weigh 172lbs 5ft 10inch tall. Stay healthy everyone!

I pray for his arteries!!! My father was 38 when he needed a 4x heart bypass. He was not over weight and also did not eat like this. Heart disease starts with eating this much fat and meat. You need to stick to portions. Your heart can only take so much. 😔

Prime rib isn't cooked like a steak on the grill the outside is typically well done or seared bare minimum when in a restaurant setting.... Internally it is probably cooked to mid rare when sat at the table but once it sits like it did here in the video it still cooks until it is cut into enough to release heat bc of the garlic crusted they mentioned it locks in the heat
