For those of you who don’t like cheese curds…you can get the hell out!! Awesome video man!
Shut up 🥴
I agree
Easiest cheese curd recipe . They turned out great 😊
Good video! I like the little history part in the beginning
Yummy! That looks delicious!
my man up next dope videos bro
Nice job, cheese curds are the best, even my fur babies love them without the batter, i need the batter.😂 yum
Gotta have the batter! Thank you for the comment!
Chef, did you say "drink Wisconsibly"? If not, I knew what you meant - if so, great turn of the phrase!!! In any event, I have added to my "dictionary" and request you allow me to use as I'd like - any not sue for any copyright infringement... please...
I too can’t take credit. Used to be a bar here in town.
Got to have to ranch with the cheese curds!
This is an extremely underrated video
🙏
You didn't add any seasonings or bread coding, though.
I make these at work with a dry rub Cajun seasoning
Delicious!
I ALWAYS order this whenever it's on the menu! LOL!!
It’s a must!
fried cheese curds with caramel sauce and bacon pieces is the new thing i see making it's way around bar and grills in minnesota and wisconsin.... and it is amazing. its crazy but it's amazing.
Very interesting combo, but I could see it working.
starts at 2:05
Those do look good and the ranch as well
Bro your oven is on LSD
😂 first person to notice! Don’t buy Samsung ovens!
Yo these are the 💣
what type of cheese is it mozzarella cheese?
These were very good, the only things I dis liked about this recipe was the rubberyness of the after math but over all it was pretty good
would any type of beer work well or just the one seen here
Any light lager or even an ipa would be fine. Depends on how much beer flavor you want. I would not recommend a dark beer or beers with added fruity flavors.
How much approximate weight of curds does this cover?
I would say no more than a pound.
i had plans to poop this weekend..not anymore
Happens to the best of us
How long did you leave those in the freezer for?
I would say at least 2 hours. You want them to be frozen solid so they don’t melt too much in the fryer.
@@holcyskitchen6548 thank you
Do u have an airfryer version of this recipe?
I would say you can't truly mimic the great taste of a beer batter in an air fryer; but a simple three stage breading of flour, egg wash & breadcrumbs that have been tossed in a little olive oil would do the trick in the air fryer. I would recommend breading and then freezing the cheese curds before putting in the air fryer so the cheese doesn't ooze out. Thank you for the comment!
@@holcyskitchen6548 thanks for that reply. And good idea to freeze before airfrying
@@holcyskitchen6548 and actually follow up question. What about freezing the curds first BEFORE BREADING? I ask this because of limited freezer space and I imagine that once breaded they need extra care to be spread out to keep from sticking together, maybe less so than if the curds were frozen ahead of time? I dunno tho…just wondering
@@JM-zw8cq that would work fine you would just have to put them in the air fryer right away.
What kind of oil
Canola or vegetable oil will be fine!
@@holcyskitchen6548I ended up using corn oil and just regular Budweiser. Your recipe was real good!
3:03 - 1 tsp of salt. Nice.
THIS is WI style cheese curds! Done RIGHT. Another overlooked dip is Raspberry Jam! The best is Thimbleberry jam, but most won't even know what that is....Thimbleberries are gift directly from God and only grow in a select few places in the US. The Upper Peninsula of MI is one such place....A WI cheese curd dipped in Thimbleberry jam and you can die happy after that, as nothing else in life will ever taste better!
Thank you for the comment and suggestion!!
Drink Wisconsinably
great video, but not a whole lot of taste, are you kidding me?? Never refrigerated cheese curds. They are the best fried.
