There's even a nod to that twat-Monsieur being a real arrogant oafy jerk, at one of the Innkeeps when you ask them about the area. Not 100% sure, but i think its the Innkeep of Francollarts?(Central-South of Toussaint?)
Even if Bourbeau did “file a complaint” to Kaer Morhen 1. The time it would take the letter to be delivered would take weeks, by horse, and more for Bourbeau to even know if the message arrived. 2. The delivery and postal fee would be absurdly high due to the long journey 3. With rampant monsters, bandits, soldiers, the messenger would likely die before reaching the destination. 4. Once the complaint reaches Kaer Morhen, all the Witchers there are going to laugh their asses off. They’ll either frame it as a gag souvenir for Geralt, or burn it with igni. Who knows they might even reply with their own “customer service response” 5. Bourbeau’s influence and social connections in Kaedwin is virtually zero, he has no authority or power to “fire” Geralt from the School of the Wolf.
Let’s also not forget that Kaer Morhen is basically abandoned by this point, as Vesemir is dead, Lambert has moved with Keira & Eskel has moved on. Oh! And Letho’s probably in the Blue Mountains by now, if you say you spared him during the events of The Witcher 2. He ain’t filing a complaint worth shit.

Cyberpunk's launch has been fraught with substantive issues, but the game itself (experienced as-intended) is a fantastic step forward that builds on the Witcher's strengths while pushing them far further in fascinating directions. It'll have a trajectory similar to TLoU II, where the drama slowly dies down and gives way to an appreciation for the developers' calculated risks to advance the boundaries of immersive storytelling.
Just watch out for this yellow contract boards arround Toussaint. I can not remember in wich village you can pick this up. But watch out this quest is a high level quest and the only way to succeed is to find the glorious, the mighty, the legendary... something oil^^

Meh, at this point in the game, Geralt is stupid rich. He didn't need the money. But he does like being a Witcher (he admitted that), so he was ready to take the contract, but this guy was insufferable so Geralt is living out all our dreams of putting Karens in their place.

Well for me it’s because I’m not a native English so there’s a lot of words that I don’t understand, but yeah I wish I was a native so I wouldn’t have to look at the subtitles all the time because they’re so distracting and they make you miss out on the good cutscenes :)
I always have subtitles no matter what game I play on the chance that I either mishear whatever is said, or some minor glitch causes the line to get cut off before it’s finished. I’m English first language by the way, but for people who aren’t I imagine it’s less jarring being properly dubbed in English, or the only choice if their language isn’t supported.
