Ok i have a question. What if you're overweight and have a significant amt of fat on your body, like belly rolls etc.
Do you have to push harder to reach the lymph node or ????
What happens when we do this daily ???
This is what should be taught about in biology/ gym class in grade school- the lymph, its function, and how to maintain it.
Absolutely !!
It can drain itself! people are dumb to believe you can detox your body when literally the body is a self regulating system!!! If it’s broken go to the doctor you can be sick with infection or cancers!!!
shut up
💯%
These glands in the body are one reason walking is so good for us. TQ for sharing your knowledge.
Last year, I had an ultrasound for my thyroid and neck because I used to have toxic goiter and it showed in that result that some of my neck lymph nodes are prominent, like there’s a lump but it’s fluid-filled, my doctor could also feel it. Now, a year later and also after my RAI treatment, I had it done again and the lumps are gone. I think these massages really helped me because I was doing these massages 2 weeks before my ultrasound schedule. I will do this regularly now! Thank you!
Where is you have the fluid fill lump?
Your instructions are AMAZING. I do the one for the legs. Just a light or firm strokes from feet to groin ( another video) enable me to just jump out of bed/chair. No moaning and being an ole lady! These ones are lovely as well. You changed my life!!!!! And I am a doctor!!!
Well this made my day! I'm so happy to hear that! Thank you for sharing 🙂
You would think someone in my oncology team & surgeon would ve told me this b4 or after my mastectomy. Thank you!!!
Same here, no doctor tells this. They keep mum, do they want us to visit them often😮
You’re body is a self regulating system!!! Theses are scams
Absolutely perfect your lymphatic drainage management, stunning point massage. Thanks for sharing
Thank you!! I discovered you this week. I have had a soft spot in my left underarm since getting a certain shot. Mammogram ruled out a lump. A few massage circles drained my lymphnodes. No more "swelling".
Same issue with me there is a soft spot in my left underarm too i m too mch worried about it.Its like very soft squishy type can u pls tell me how many days, weeks or months it took P.S I am 18 only
Wonderful instruction, thank you!
Does this make anyone else feel like their sinuses are draining? I can feel them running down the back of my throat and I start clearing my throat and swallowing. Is that normal?
That's a sign that what she's demonstrating and what you are doing is working
I have lymph nodes both of my upper jaw and I also have instant rumny transparent nose ,for which I am taking Hydrochloride tablet since 8 months.coz it didn't getz healed
Yep, I felt this within a few hours of the massage around the ears.
@@rishabhchander9677Same here. A good 1000mg of quercetin with bromelain included (at least 100mg, though I now take Kappa brand, which has 500 and seems to be working better). Take your daily zinc with this, as the quercetin helps transport the zinc into your cells.
Best "allergy med" on the market. 😉
Ty this is all great info🌸

Sometimes I SHARE with myself. 🌷
@@elizabeth.ohmer.pellegrin Many thanks! Must be getting tunnel vision in my old age!
What does this do for you when doing this? And where does this drainage go??
The best answer here is to Google the Lymphatic System and learn how and why lymphatic fluids function and serve your body. You will then understand why lymphatic blockage clearing and drainage is so important. What this massaging does is the help the lymphatic fluids in your body continue to recirculate and the massaging helps to eliminate any blockages.
helps immune system work and carry toxins out
Do we need to do firm massage or light massages?
Thanks. So doing this will help to drain the lymph node in your whole body ?
On another channel the PT said each side of the clavicles drain certain areas of the body. Is this true? If so what drains to the (L) & (R)? Thank-you.
The right upper body drains to the right thoracic duct and the left upper body and both sides of the lower body drain on the left to the thoracic duct 🙂
@@CancerRehabPT ty 🥰
I didn't know this is what it was? I love giving myself massages in the areas you massages, maybe my body is telling me soemthing
I had 2 lymph nodes removed by my left ear I had a tumor that had cancer removed & it had spread to the lymph nodes the 2 by my ear then I had radiation this was in 2021 I’ve been fine since then should I still massage that area where the cancerous lymph nodes were removed I see in other videos u say to hold off so just wondering
Two words: Perry Nickelston.
6 points on the right order😊
Even if cancer is in the lymph nodes in this area??
I had a bilateral mastectomy with 27 lymph nodes removed on the (R); therefore, I move everything from the (R) to the (L) arm pit.
Just want to tell you that you're beautiful. Natural beauty.
Yup, with a measured gentle spirit. No (overt) ego issues. A pleasure to watch.
If your ticklish at the armpits oh its over😂
And also this helps😊😊
❤
You forgot to tell us to have a bathroom handy nearby. 😁
The demonstration shows she is only *brushing* over skin, hardly touching. So, this is not actually a massage to reach the glands? Or are the glands inside the first layer of the dermis??
I know, right? Took me awhile to trust that it's working. But it most certainly is.
Why is it important to do this?
Would
