I love the way you present life, and how you make the video feel so realistic not just perfect. When I watch your videos I remember that I should appreciate more of the little things, and I should listen to my body that day. You fill my mind with energy and calmness, and that I can have time for myself and do what I like to feel good. The lunch looked really good. I wish that people posted their simple meals like vegetables with oil and rice more often. Not every meal is a Buddha bowl with 30 different components
whenever you're scraping things off a cutting board with a knife make sure to use the back side not the blade!! keeps it sharp and keeps your cutting board nice :)

That pasta dish you made at the end there is 100% right up my alley. Especially for a post workout meal. It's very similar to my favorite style of homemade pasta to throw together but with a classier touch. I'm definitely going to save that one to try out later. Yum!

AND the dog while doing yoga 🧘♀️ LOL 😆 I also have to add, let's talk about ROCKS & crystals...I have a very (possibly un-)healthy obsession with collecting rocks from any & everywhere 😀 its become a small problem (for others) as they are everywhere in my home & wherever I go, I'm looking down , just in case there is an important rock, crystal, or anything that may need to come home with me to be loved!!!!
