- This one is EXTREME folks. You can do this intense ab workout with extra weight or without. i used 5kg here, you can do 10 as well if you are able to. But seriously, this one burns just as much without weights, trust me!

Your ab workouts are my favourites! Each time you upload one I add them to the other ab workouts you already uploaded and try to do them in a row, but it challenges me every time! Definitely the most effective workouts you can find on the internet

I just did it and I have to say this has been the hardest ab workout I've done
Done it three times so far with a ten pounder. After the first time i Felt it for three days! It’s usually rare for me to really feel a good ab workout so thanks! More of this

I want to see you do that last exercise with 20kg on your legs, arms behind your head holding 20 kg for a minute.
