  • This one is EXTREME folks. You can do this intense ab workout with extra weight or without. i used 5kg here, you can do 10 as well if you are able to. But seriously, this one burns just as much without weights, trust me!

    Your ab workouts are my favourites! Each time you upload one I add them to the other ab workouts you already uploaded and try to do them in a row, but it challenges me every time! Definitely the most effective workouts you can find on the internet

    I’m a simple woman. I see a new milli abs workout, I do it. This was great! Hopefully there’s more weighted ab work in the future!

    I’ll say it again. Best ab videos on CZcams. You’re such a beast. Thanks for doing an ab vid with weight. I was a little over ambitious with a 25lb dumbbell 😅. Got halfway though and I’m toast. Can’t wait to finish it all the way through. Thanks!

    Your workouts never dissapointment me by far my favourite workouts always challenging and my own core workouts have become based on yours and always watch your videos or Do what I remember your honestly my biggest influence always challenging me and anyone who wants advice from me I tell them about you, you also make them fun and keep me looking forward to your next stuff your a star my biggest influence
