I think you are a danger to many other attention seeking "influencers" trying to imitate this. And there is nothing impressive about that. In my mind, this is stupidity at it's finest. You certainly have talent but there is no good reason to film and publicise this.
Just completed this workout for the first time with a lot of breaks in about 1 hour and 20 minutes. That was sooooo hard to do. I'm gonna try to get the time under 1 hour in the future. Thanks so much for the workout and the inspiration :)

That is quite possible the most amazing thing I’ve seen in my life!!! I randomly came across the video of Stephanie doing the Starway to Heaven stunt which led me to this. The incredible amount of core strength and mental strength required is just insane!! I genuinely hope people take inspiration from Stephanie because from all I’ve seen she is nothing short of incredible!
