For how many days do I need to do it for a visible result
Hi anwesha.. following ur workout ways since last month and seems miracle as it working and giving results so soon. Just need a help to show some exercises that can reduce arm fat... I love wearing sleeve less but bcz of bulging flesh i m avoiding such dress up from last one year... Will wait for ur video. Thanks and love... U have motivated me alot...keep going girl...

I started it...felt tired but your motivation n challenge made me do mam
I regularly do this and one more 10 minute exercise for hips and thighs I.e. total 20 minutes with dinner before 7 pm and have removed sugar completely from my diet. I have reducd 8kgs in 2 months . I was 72 kgs and now I am 64 kgs.
1. 20 hip opener
2. 20 side lunges
3. 20 back lunges
4. 10*2 Donkey kicks
5. 20 air squats
6. 10 squats kicks
5. 30 sec break
Repeat 1,2,3,4,5,6

Did you also follow any special diet and did other workouts as well?
@@natashaaafreen8236 Yeah I did running for 15 minutes a day. As for the Diet I skipped some Heavy meals.
but since this workout is only for thighs and hips, did you do any other work-out for other parts
