Nothing like cross stitching while listening to people's stories of getting revenge
Nothing like drawing while listening to stories of people getting their revenge.
I hope you're cross stitching is going well!!
@@misti_future It is! I'm cross stitching mushrooms rn,what are you drawing?
I see in my minds eye some Grandma swiveling around as the heros come in knitting, as heros Proclaim how they'll stop this cult from growing. "Before that. Humor me and try knitting, if you can make a good blanket I'll dissolve the cult" all the sudden blanket finished but Cult stays with heros as new members.
How’s the stitching going?
@@justarandomviewer6756 great but now me and the girlies are online stalking people
"It would be impossible to break into"
"Hello everyone, it's the lockpicking lawyer ...."
"This is Op's Dad's innovative impenetrable locker. It can be opened with Op's Dad's innovative impenetrable locker. "
Crashing noises and the sounds of twisting metal ensue.
@@Galanthos and ofc McNally would do that
i'm so happy to meet other people with good taste.
Story 3: Yeah, nobody needs that sort of doctor in the medical field. He is incompetent and only cares about himself, which such a mentality should never be in a place as super-risky as a medical office
Yeaaah, the doctor [Story 3] SHOULD lose his license for having relations with patients. The botched surgery wouldn't be the easiest thing to prove as intentional, but it could potentially start an investigation, which could lead to discovering the relations with patients and workers. If that did get discovered, it would basically ruin his entire life
While you're right the fact that he treated her the way he did afterward is enough for it to be malpractice. Nothing was wrong then procedure now something is wrong.
I would argue that botching the surgery and causing permanent damage WAS the worst part, though. I was a bit troubled that to the OP it was all about how the doctor acted. Pretty sure the patient would differ. But that’s typical doctors.
It was clearly intentional, but that can be hard to prove. But here’s the thing: THAT DOESN’T MATTER. Intentionally or not, he caused damage. That’s malpractice. You don’t need to prove intent, just the end result. That’s easy.
@@BeeWhistleryeah, when i heard the words "permanent damage" i was SURE that's what the lawsuit would be about, that poor patient...
Not to mention that, if he had botched one surgery, that it was also likely that he had botched other ones as well.
Second story can be summarized as "I don't want to be married to you! I want to be married to your bank account!"
I just love that ex-wife cried that she couldnt hold her former life-style like its excuse for lawsuit in first place lmao
It genuinely is tho, it's why Bezos' ex-wife is the richest, if not one of the richest women alive. Not because she helped Bezos create Amazon, not because she had kids. Just because that was the lifestyle she was accustomed to.
@@Predated2 well in america seems best excuse even if its dumb. People are not responsible for others lifestyle , if they lose the life style need adjust but im not american so i dont need worry
Story 2 : " now thats just straight gangsta".. well played to that dude..
Story 3 : should sue for the botched procedure and also should tell his SO of his activities..
Don’t tell the SO till after the lawsuit is over. Can cause more issues.
@@jimdob6528 you got a point..
Yeh.. guy was kinda meh
Isn't illegal for an MD to have sex with patients?
@procrastinator9 you'd think so .. depends really on countries laws .
I agree with the narrator on the last story...OP should go after that doctor for medical malpractice.
Story 2: So I don't know if this technically counts as MaliciousCompliance, but I love that the agreement was just "75% of his pay, no job specified", so he can just take the lowest pay imaginable, and whatever is the 75% would still count.
She divorced to live off his money, well now she gets LESS than minimum wage >:]
First story is funny because when I was in school we had the 1960s lockers. You could literally lift and pull and boom, open.
the second story is genius, from what i understand about those laws, is the second she remarries (in some states even just moves in with) someone else, the alimony stops, then he can go back to his old line of work. if she truly is a gold digger, she will be doing everything she can to get a new mine.
Having something to listen to when you've been dragged to something you don't want to do is invaluable. If it's not an audiobook, it's rslash.
My grandfather always had this mantra or saying 'no matter how stupid the idea is, keep it to yourself and always make sure you get a patent." He had some over 400+ patents for things he worked on (he was an engineer, damn smart one) he was always out in his work/garage repairing things, fixing things and always coming up with a solution to make things safer and more efficient. I worked for him for six months before he quietly fired me, which allowed me to attend college fulltime, I've always taken that advice and used it myself.
This has nothing to do with the stories just something wholesome to Dabney
Me and my partner have been listening to rslash for a couple years usually listen to the new episodes while we make our morning breakfast, however late April our schedule changed when we realized our newborn settles down to Dabney's voice. I just wanted to say thank you so much for your channel Dabney. Our son Rakesh makes coos back to you every night before settling to sleep. 💙
In the first story, that was slimy as heck. I thought it was illegal for someone to quit their job after getting an alimony settlement like that?
If the agreement had specified job title, employer, or amount of alimony then quitting and taking a part time minimum wage job would have been in breach of the agreement. But it just said she would get 75% of his pay. So no breach occurred.
Why would you have somebody you know that hates you as well as made you do underhanded things and refused to do your surgery? Also I think that would be a conflict of interest as well as a form of a violation of you cannot operate on somebody you know protocol in most hospitals or clinics when it comes to surgery.
What better way to start work day than listening to rSlash talk about bad bosses? A hot cup of coffee and free bacon, that's what
I can't believe the other doctor sleeping with patients/staff didn't come up again! Why wouldn't you pass that onto his wife while exacting your revenge??
"So, we got a new boss..."
Shenanigans ensue!
Dabney: "Welcome to r/prorevenge where a fired employee DESTROYS his former employers' company!"
Me: "OW! This is gonna get nasty! Lemme grab some popcorn!"
Lol
"Can I get that in writing" are words every employer should fear
"This next story is from Dr. Diarrhea" that caught me so off guard I cackled oh my god
i was eating chocolate icecream and the name made me gag LMFAOO
In that last story the doctor got off easy if OP could prove he was diddling patients.
You definitely should Sue from our practice! Take his money and then his license
*for malpractice
I used to work as a collector for the state department of labor. Doctors didn't come across my desk often but the ones who did were some of the biggest jerks, and more often than not I'd have to file a tax lien or take assets. (I always tried to help people who were trying to resolve the issue out as much as I could with payment plans, waived penalties, etc. but once they told me outright that they refused to pay, my hands were tied.)
Last story: Tell his wife! Tell his wife! Tell his wife!
I absolutely love your consistency in your posting times! Thank you rSlash!
Story 3: Um, he DID get away with it. OP shouldn't have settled. Not only would she have gotten more money, but the doc would've had a black mark on his record.
Last story was juicy sweet! And I agree, OP should've taken the money she got and sued him out of business with it. Imagine the doctors face when realisation dawns on him that he paid for his own undoing - completely priceless!
Ex-Wife: "I'm getting 75% of your pay!"
Dude: **Quits his job and gets a part time job**
Dude: "Yeah, 75% of nothing."
Ex-Wife: **Surprised Pikachu Face**
Ex wife: Your money is mine!
Dude: perry this you fucking casual
And the 8 bucks an hour is likely pre-taxes. He probably brings home 6-something an hour in his paychecks after tax/social security withholdings.
I remember the 2nd story. OP is one of those dream employees that Choosing Beggar bosses dream of having.(an employee extremely good at their job, being paid almost nothing) And OP is only doing the low-paying job to mess with his ex-wife.
I was taking a nap, and just woke up, had to look for this immediately.. my guilty pleasure I listening to r/slash everyday...😂😂
Last story: Why exactly is OP happy and proud. $5000 is nothing to a doctor and they actually didn't affect him to teach him any form of lesson. Instead, he's just going to keep doing that to everyone else
I can't stop watching rslash he's a big part of my music writing
I would not be willing to settle. I would continue to have him sued for the full cost.
That's crazy that that last story they only got $5000, definitely could have sued for way more than that
14:50 "and when the patient woke up, his Skeleton was missing, and the Doctor was never heard from again!"
Divorce story: Yeah... That's mot how any of that works. Judges aren't stupid. They see people play games like that all the time. Unless hebhad massive documentation from a therapist, no judge on earth would let him get away with quitting his job like that. They do not look kindly on people who do that sort of thing.
I agree with rSlash on the last story in the making the doctor pay for the botched procedure. Moreover, not only would I have asked for that, but I would have also went a LOT deeper with the case against him, as well as made the case go from r/ProRevenge to nothing short of r/NuclearRevenge, by doing the following things.
1. I would have sued the doctor for wrongful termination.
2. I would have sued the doctor for illegally withholding my pay.
3. I would have sued the doctor for illegally withholding my overtime pay.
4. I would have sued the doctor for harassment.
5. I would have sued the doctor for sexual harassment (which is most likely occurring, given what the story says of him).
6. I would have sued the doctor for malpractice.
7. I would have sued the doctor for intimidation.
8. I would have sued the doctor for assault (if that is applicable).
9. I would have sued the doctor for rape (if that is applicable).
10. I would have sued the doctor for fraud.
11. I would have sued the doctor for deceptive practices.
12. I would have sued the doctor for financial fraud.
13. I would have sued the doctor for misuse of medical equipment.
14. I would have sued the doctor for numerous violations of laws regarding health care.
15. I would have sued the doctor for discrimination for not correcting a botched surgical procedure.
16. I would have sued the doctor for evidence tampering.
17. I would have sued the doctor for witness intimidation.
18. I would then make my lawsuit be joined with other people that he had wronged with all of my charges, plus all of their charges.
Now with my lawsuit alone, he would certainly lose his medical license permanently, worldwide, and had also spent quite a few years behind bars, but with the other class action lawsuits, plus any alimony and child support that came from his soon to be ex-wife, as well as any woman that he raped, and made children with, and anything else that the cops, the district attorney, and the judge could find, well, the only way that he would ever get outside of a prison would be horizontally, and also inside of a pine box.
First Story: These new owners screwed themselves over by firing the one person who could’ve helped them better the business. Politeness goes a long way.
Second Story: What a amazingly spiteful way to get back at a money hungry ex wife.
Third Story: This doctor shouldn’t even be working in this profession if this how he is with his coworkers. He tried to cheat OP out of money only to end up paying a lot more
I'd also tip off the authorities about the doctor asking you to do the illegal thing. Chances are your replacement would be asked the same thing. If they have done it, more fun could be instigated when it's found out about.
absolutely love the second story. A grifter ex wife gets what she wanted, love it
I love these videos so much, it’s just a nice way to start my day. Thanks for the daily uploads and great commentary rslash!
Last story: OP, you let him cheat you still, he owed you near double what you accepted... A court would likely side fully against him given the proven antagonism by him likely to force you to quit, his botching surgery prior to that, his attempts to suddenly surrender and low ball you, the unpaid overtime.
Pretty much anything he says or provides would be considered as unreliable because he is a proven liar and abuser to staff. I doubt many courts would have sided with him.
Last story: I agree, sue that doctor for malpractice, he shouldn't get away with botching a surgery and then lying about it.
Thanks rslash. Firing dad in first story was like messing with IT. Dont do it!!
Impossible to break into?
Lockpicking lawyer: challange accepted
After everything was said and done I'd call his office ask for him directly and the second he says hello just laugh hysterically
I really like pro revenge cause its that pefect middle ground. Its more than petty, which i find can sometimes be a bit underwealrhing and its not nucler, which is full blown crazy half the time.
i love staying up a bit late and knowing that if it’s past 11pm (which is when u upload for me in Australia) there will be a new rslash episode :D
Reminder that wage theft accounts for more stolen wealth than every other kind of theft combined.
Yo I'm so disappointed that the last OP didn't go full nuclear scorched earth!! THAT would have been the best revenge. Not only are you getting the pay you are owed but that AH botched a medical procedure because he was being petty. Be petty back OP, be petty back.
Imagining another way to get even with a divorcing spouse would be to pay them in long term treasury notes - like a thirty year bond. Sure they get paid but they're gonna hafta wait a spell. Or give them municipal bonds from some nearly bankrupt city about to default...
I do my exercises while listening. Freaking hurdles hurt, RSlash distracts. Win, win.
Last story: OP should get statements from the former patients. A botched procedure will be a slap on the wrist. Engaging in sexual activities with patients however... They can also lose their license for sexual harassment of staff.
From someone with a botched surgery: I wish it were as simple as suing and demanding money for suffering but it isnt the case. In America at least, Drs are human and are allowed to make mistakes. To win a malpractice lawsuit for a botched surgery you would have to show gross negligence on the part of the Dr. Or prove that he was intoxicated at the time of the surgery. Just because you have a bad outcome doesn't give you license to sue. 3 years post op and I am still in chronic pain. I got nothing except calls from a debt collector. I refuse to pay for a surgery that jacked me up worse than before I went in.
Ugh that dr.... Wife had a full hysterectomy. Dr accidently put stitches in her bladder. As soon as she woke up the Dr told her what happened. That she fixed it and was so sorry. Wife wasn't mad. Told her life happens. You cought it. You fixed it and were upfront about it. You didn't lie or hide things from me. So I'm good. I'm glad you handled it.
Ahhh, I love pro revenge posts.
Wow, that second story... the tactical genius of her lawyer is outstandingly awful.
The last story: definitely should have taken it to court
I love listening to the pro revenge stories and choosing begger stories.
Good that you do Prorevenge because those last 2 videos of AMITA were rough
Really weird to hear a revenge story from someone who thinks "only $275" is something he can live without.
I'm still wondering why OP didn't even think of suing for malpractice.
It’s been a while since I heard story 2 it always makes me evil smile
Same!! Too funny! “Here’s your 75% of practically nothing, ex wife!” I bet she just seethes with rage!
Third story, this is why doctor's that buy their way through university/use nepotism are dangers to the public and deserve everything bad that happens to them.
Besides a malpractice claim, the doctor should be reported to his state or provincial college of physicians for his conduct with female staff and patients. That will get him, at minimum, his license suspended and someone observing his office when he returns. I had a doctor for a short time who did the same things with patients and staff and was caught 3 times and is no longer a doctor. He was stripped of everything by the college of physicians. He's not even listed online as a doctor anymore. There's plenty to do to him well beyond just the back pay. If he conducts himself that way with female staff and patients, it definitely needs to be investigated.
Yes!!! ProRevenge is always so satisfying!!
That first one has been floating around the Interwebz for years.
Botching a surgery then gaslighting the patient about it? I’m sure HIPAA would be very interesting
I'm not really sure but I think you read the first story before. Must have been in winter because I remember shoveling snow while listening to it.
It's weird listening to your vids after work again instead of before XD
Once i get my nights back I'll be listening when it's posted tho :) bc you post when I'll be counting down my till
For story 3 OP also should’ve told his wife about his extra marital affairs
That second story is an old repeat story from Malicious compliance, haven't thought of it in a while
Another morning started right!
*Second OP:* I know it's Prorevenge, but that guy was _super_ petty toward his ex, lol. You love to see it.
No kids should always = 0 alimony.
Screw the gold diggers and layabouts.
My dad is sueing a doctor for malpractice, I can't go into full detail but it's over a million USD and it involved his "manhood" so I definitely agree that it needs to sue for malpractice
The guy in the retail story is literally Sisyphus happy
Rise up, my Slashers!!
You make us sound so epic
Rosen UP
A “slash” in uk means going for a piss in slang lol
Rise up pissers
You might wanna rethink that name...
YAH
The 1st Story makes me sad, because Again it's the US justice system in one sentence: " [...] the owners had money, and there was no way he could fight them."
It's so sad that if you have money, you can play the justice system like a fiddle. Not automatically winning it, but delaying things so that it goes nowhere to the point of the case being closed in no ones favour, which is in favour of those that are being sued...
The last story however is really disappointing. No only being scammed by the former employer, but also a botched procedure. And in the end being happy with only $5k...
This doctor needs to lose everything the way he acted!
I would have waited till the last possible day to agree to the settlement. Just to see what else he offers.
Ahh- one of my 2 favorite video types, and right when I was not doing anything!
Better yet. Take his reputation. Because then he cannot get any more clients if they know what's up. Thereby losing his license or having it being made useless ;)
What exactly did the ex-wife do to deserve the less-than-minimum-wage alimony revenge? Was she a cheater? A gold digger? Abusive? He never says what she did or why the marriage ended. Why are we cheering him screwing her over with no context? Pro revenge usually explains WHY the person deserves what they’re getting. This one doesn’t.
I heard about someone who did this. A high paying job, then quit and got a minimum one. The courts till had her pay her original percentage pay as she was not fired but quit to be malicious.
The last guy should’ve told that asshole doctor “tough luck” before blocking him out of his life once he got what he was earned.
ok now some stories are def getting recycled, i remember the lockers
Good morning one minute gang!
7:00 he could have just sold his house and found a job in another country where he doesn't have to lose his wages
I really hate how the op in the story about the husband screwing over his wife, (rightful or no) called a bulk of retail workers, "the average retail monkey". That added with the comment of "no bullshit absenteeism", just really speaks to how he views the average person in the working class. At the end of the day, not everyone has the same resources to drive a nice car, or put all their energy into a job that honestly, doesn't pay a living wage. Or cares much for them, as is made evident. Anytime someone calls a human being a monkey, that sounds like a red flag and makes me question how reliable a narrator they are.
Is it just me or was story 1 covered months ago? I recognized it as soon as they said locker design
14:17 yeah no I would’ve gone 9600$ like hello?
What a great way to start the day
Love the revenge on the doctor
Is this a repeat episode? Or have I just randomly happened to hear each and every one of these stories on separate channels before now?
These must be some old stories as I remember each and every one of them from I guess another channel.
Last story could have gotten the full 9k no way I’m taking that lowball offer
Alimony is a ridiculous concept
Getting a few thousand dollars for a doctor is useless.
Money wise, yes, but ego wise? Oh man some of them have egos so big that would be the most hurtful thing
@@rebeccajesse4604 good point
What does OP mean by botched a surgery ? Is this man so spiteful he caused someone a lifetime of possible pain and suffering just to get them fired ?
