Wow I've seen this episode more times then I can say and I have never noticed that, you got quite an eye.
@@aaronbroughton7188 Thanks. I actually LOVE finding things like that. When I was little, and I’m 60 now, I noticed in the Wizard of Oz that when Toto jumps out of the basket and runs after that cat, Dorothy follows him and says don’t leave without me. Everyone’s looking to the right where all this action is happening but look over on the left and you’ll see the Tin Man or maybe it was the Scarecrow I forget, is untie-ing the rope to the balloon basket so it then floats away.
There have been many more things I’ve noticed over the years…I almost “live” to find them. I would’ve made an awesome “continuity” person on the set…I’m real detail oriented.
@@friendofdorothy9376. The only way I can justify this continuity error is while the camera was on Lucy, she just took it off. I don’t want to imagine they stopped filming for a bit, and she forgot to put it back on.
@@yoni5570 Watch it again in slow-mo (0.25x). It’s a split sec before the camera cuts her off. You can see her hat falling backwards when she snaps her neck back. Then another 8sec or so goes by before we see her again. Hat is now in her lap/hands. It doesn’t seem like they stopped acting/filming. Flow of conversation sounded natural.
I loved this show but my GOD she was petty and self-centered.
I wonder if women in the 1950's really had these club meetings?🥱
Card clubs were common back then. Canasta, Bridge, Bunco etc.
