I really really love this meditation. I really loved the visual of weedpulking. I’m going to ask myself daily “ what weeds are you pulling out of your mind today ?” Until I’m able to truly No longer welcome my pessimistic thinking as my immediate reaction to situations. Thank you for this
Most excellent experience. I find that after going through a dark depressive state this really helps me.I was in a dark place but not anymore. I'm a full time carer for my mum which is challenging to say the least. My mate has noticed a big difference in my personality since starting this, and now when faced with a problem I recognise it and deal with it accordingly.Sometimes I do slip backwards but I then think of my garden which pushes me forward.

This made me think of a remix song I watched on CZcams before of mister Rogers singing about growing ideas in the garden of your mind. This also made me want to plant some seeds in a pot to symbolize this same sort of thing and watch them slowly grow in my actual reality.
