    I have ADHD and thought I’d just type in yoga for ADHD. So glad I did this because I’ve really enjoyed this video. It has helped me to feel calm and my body feels much looser. Thank you ❤️

    Thank you. This was actually the first time I successfully made it through a yoga practice. I've tried a few times over the last 15 years but always feel it's not for me. Thanks for accommodating for different bodies and different brains. So thankful and so ready to try more.

    I didn't actually expect to find yoga for adhd when I typed it in and this makes me happy.

    I don’t even have ADHD, but I can have a hard time being slow with my thoughts ! I love how mentally engaging this practice was. I also appreciate that you rest in breaths and not seconds … totally eliminated this anxiety. Thank you so much 🤍

    This was awesome! I’m looking for a 10 minute replacement for my smoking habit and I think this will go in one of my smoke break spots. Thank you!

    Wow thank you I actually enjoyed this. I really want to do yoga or exercise in general but work out videos seem too long and slow and then it just frustrates me and I end up feeling worthless and incapable of doing things. I also struggle with breathing but I was fully able to manage your exercises. I have zero attention hold but your full video I watched without any distraction and I actually felt relaxed.

    Like many other people in the comments, this is literally the first time I do yoga without quitting in the middle of it. Thank you so much, really! I was engaged until the very end and you're a super sweet teacher :3 I'm def coming back for more!

    i love how inclusive of all minds and bodies your videos are. i’ve stumbled on them before looking for yoga to do with my hypermobility, and they just make me feel safe and like i deserve to exercise too, thank you for bringing some joy in the world- that’s not an easy thing to do

    This is really great, honestly the faster paced the better. Also, maybe its just me, but if you had some of that concentration music for ADHD on in the background this would be amazing. I need a little more stimulation when exercising and I think music with no lyrics would be a great addition.

    • @yogawithzelinda
      @yogawithzelinda  Před 2 lety +6

      Hi Kimberly, that makes a lot of sense! Some people really like music and it helps them focus better. At the same time, some people are distracted by it. In order to try to make my videos accessible for more people, I generally don’t use music in them, but that doesn’t mean you can’t! 😊 If you have a favorite piece of music you could play that along with the video so it’s customized to best suit your exercise preferences. Thanks for being here! 😃

    I have ADHD, and OCD tendencies (if not OCD proper lol, haven't been formally diagnosed.)
    I loved this practice. The sequences kept my brain too busy to incessantly check my form like I often get stuck doing. Definitely saving, and definitely sending to a friend ❤

    Thank you for always looking for ways to be more inclusive. I loved your "N days challenge" series and I appreciate you taking the time to answer questions, but it was too much for me after a while. I don't have ADHD, but I scream on the inside every time a yoga instructor says "quiet your mind". Thank you for allowing me to be me and putting out videos for people with "noisy minds".

    Yoga. It looks so easy until 2 minutes in when I’m in a ball on the floor wi seeing why I’m sweating so much. :)
    Fun Fact: Yoga totally cured my wicked lower back pain that I had for 6 months. Ended up being tight hamstrings. Yoga loosened them ups and the pain was gone the next day. Go figure.
