    This a wonderful little routine for syarting the day when i dont feel like commiting to something intense/longer. Plus, im recovering from wrist injuries and this is finally a routine that doesnt involve me putting weight on em 🥰

    Great practice. This practice is perfect when my work has me stressed. I take my wellness break, do this practice which brings the calm my mind needs. 10 minutes is perfect especially when you're time is restricted.

    wonderful as always Zelinda, Im suffering with a throat virus at the moment and really wasn't up to doing the usual daily practice so did this one instead and it felt good afterwards 💙
