This a wonderful little routine for syarting the day when i dont feel like commiting to something intense/longer. Plus, im recovering from wrist injuries and this is finally a routine that doesnt involve me putting weight on em 🥰

Great practice. This practice is perfect when my work has me stressed. I take my wellness break, do this practice which brings the calm my mind needs. 10 minutes is perfect especially when you're time is restricted.
