    This was lovely. My shoulders are often achy when I wake up and the pose of laying on your back and lifting one arm at a time overhead feels like a great way to ease the aches.

    I hope you and your family are keeping safe, warm and well during the extreme weather conditions you are having in Texas. Thinking of you all.

    Hello, thank you very much for this video. Do you have one similaire "before going to bed ?"
    During the mat part, I had problems to really see the movements because of the Black top and Black pants, I don't know if others also had this problem. Again, thank you very much for all these videos.

      Hello Charlotte, thank you for asking - I've added it to my list of videos to record. :) It's a good point about difficulty seeing due to my black clothes. I normally wear black because I'm standing against a white wall, but now I see that if I'm laying down you can't see the details quite as well. Thank you for pointing it out!

    I would like to do this yoga practice on my balcony. But I have not mouch space there. So at the twist I could not spret my arms. Which exercice could I do in stead of the twist?

    • @yogawithzelinda
      @yogawithzelinda  Před 3 lety

      Hi Carola! Perhaps you can do the twist with the elbows bent, backs of your hands resting on the floor? That will reduce the amount of space you need. :)

      Do you mean a sitting or a standing position? If the backs of my hands resting on the floor, how can I twist my upper body? My legs are in the way while sitting and in a standing position the backs of my hands can't rest on the floor. Or do you mean the backs of my hands show to the floor? Perhaps I missunderstood you. I am from Germany and my english could be better. I am so sorry. Your videos helps me so mouch.
      I don't want to make mistakes. Twist exercises are very helpful for my flexibility. Your yoga sessions also help me to loose weight.
      I am so grateful to you. You changed my life. :-)

      @@kihro72 I'm so sorry for the confusion. I thought I included a lying down twist in this video. Actually it's a standing twist. In this case, you might try extending your arms out and bending your elbows so that your hands point up toward the ceiling. Another option is to twist with your arms down alongside your body. Either option will be good. I'm so happy you're enjoying my videos. Thank you for being here! :)
