Zelinda, perfect timing for me and this practice. I have overdone the working again and trying to listen and be kind to my body. This practice was absolutely perfect. Thank you, thank you!!
Thank you Zelinda! This was just what I needed!
thank you.. I am all ready for bed now... very relaxing.
I love your accessible videos! I had a long ICU stay and your videos help me with manageable yoga ❤
Thank you Zelinda!
Great video, as always. Love that I’m able to do yoga at my larger body size.
Needed this desperately 🙏🏽 Thank you so much!
Perfect practice when you need some stress relief!!!
Thank you. I really needed this.
Thank you for making this video. I found your manner calm, reassuring & encouraging.
LOVE THIS! how many years into this pan dulce many of us are under tons of stress and not sleeping well.
As this practice is on the January calendar, I thought I would take the opportunity to recommend a book about breathing which I found fascinating. It's not a yoga book. It's called Breath by James Nestor. There are also several interviews with the author on You Tube. If anyone has already read it, I'd be interested in your thoughts about it.
I'm having a lot of pain in my right hip/low back from over use of my elliptical, do you have a video that would help with pain in that area?
I would recommend a week or two of rest. If you want to do some yoga, very gentle lying down postures would be best. Mainly focus on breathing and give your hip and low back time to rest and heal.
@@yogawithzelinda Thank you for the reply. I tried to go for a gentle walk today and 15 minutes was too much. I did some stretches after and it helped with the pain some, but I'm back to ice and rest.
Dont skip the rest time on the video :(
