Thanks for the video, Aaron! Your points about restriction truly resonate because I’m struggling on keto with hitting the macros without relying heavily of heavy whipping cream/double cream in my tea and 2-3 oz cheese per day.
I hated being on keto, because honestly i love carbs and can get sick easily from fat, i tried keto because people kept telling me its the best diet ever and blah blah.. but it didn't work for me, the best diet that i have tried is the Mediterranean diet, its so balanced and easy to follow ✨
If on keto and thinking about adding some carbs back, wouldn't this require being way more active? What plan would you say is good for this type of lifestyle
Perfect timing for this topic. I really needed this discussion because I have been confused.
It's basically the diet you can stick to that keeps you in a calorie deficit without it feeling like diet.

Thank you very much
Glad you mentioned gluten...have been keto/low carb for 3 yrs and feel great....but i think much of benefit is that I am strictly gluten free.

Being active can help, but it really depends on your specific scenario.
I ended up with severe rash on my legs from keto diet…
