I recently found you and your wife and am very excited to learn from both of you :) I don't know what is wrong with me right now, and have seen several doctors; will be seeing more. Until the time I can get your books, I was wondering where you said to go to find the archives with written info on what I can do to heal? I did sign up for emails from Smoothieshred, but I cannot find anything there other than the videos/recipes. I am really enjoying your videos so far.

Believe it or not, DO GET HOLD OF YOUR CBC and study it intensely. You will find what is wrong with you before a dr. will. I know from experience. Also research 35% FOOD GRADE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE.

Good advise about getting a blood count to study. Love hydrogen peroxide also and curious how you use it. @@daschundloverable

Hello Thomas, my husband is 63 and was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2020. We eat a plant base diet, no dairy or meat, he works out 3 days a week and is losing weight. He wants to build more muscle and is concerned with his weight loss. Any suggestions

Hi Thomas, Is there a way to heal from Lupus with added vegan protein powder being the only processed added thing if you're a high performance athlete and you have to maintain muscle (not necessarily build)?

Thomas, thanks for the video! I've read Brookes book goodbye lupus, and I've had an autoimmune disease (multi-focal motor neuropathy) for about 9 years. I'm a 35 year old male and enjoy weight lifting to stay strong. Thanks for the info on avoiding inflammatory foods during massing cycles while healing; but should I also avoid weightlifting since it is acutely inflammatory? I thought I remembered Brooke saying that she excercised alot while also healing, so I'm curious if I can still lift and maintain but just avoid the massing dietary foods? Thank you so much, I also recently joined the smoothie shred Facebook group, Ive been smahsing down about 70oz green smoothies a day for 2 weeks now 👍💪🌱

Hey bro did you heal from this autoimmune disease, I have an autoimmune disease that is affecting my nerves

@@juanzuniga7343 I cant say I'm 100% healed, but I was eating alot of meat, eggs, and dairy in latr 2016 and my nerve issues flarred up the worst they had ever been. That led me to check out a plant based diet and I've been progressively been getting better. I look at it this way, it took me eating a bad diet until I was 26 years old to get this disease, it's going to take consistency and time to reverse it too 👍 feel free to message me on Instagram if youve got more questions! @J.laf_1440

Cut back on the fruit and make them greens based while adding flax oil. Sugar, aka fruit, is inflammatory.

It’s one thing to reverse lupus when it’s not hereditary but it’s another thing it being hereditary because you won’t be able to get it out of your system… 😅
