In ancient manipur there is no sound like" ri" of ngari. It was later introduced so it's real name is ngali, now we called it ngari,. Nga means fish , liba means fermenting or keeping a thing for a long time.
I am Bengali and i love Manipuris they are our own blood it's the Bengalis who converted them to Hinduism....Manipuris Converting and embracing Hinduism was the beginning of many good things ... It completely changed and transformed the manipuri society..... From naked and Ignorant people's to a civilized and a modern human.... And at the same time we can also see the influence and Incoperation of many bengali style of cooking in their local menu.....

go to Safdarjung near the NCC gate , ask for asha store. u will get all the ingredients like fermented fish n other Manipuri items from there. many small stores in Safdarjung now sells these items.

Unfortunately or fortunately that's the only option I have. Regarding less viewers, there's loads of room for improvement in my videoing skill and may be the food I was focusing are mainly from our community, just a thought 😊
