    I also love yonchak pickle.Used to make every year.My process of pickling is different.I add tamarind pulp .Other way of preserving yonchak is to scrap the skin,cut it into small slices and soak it in hot water for 1 minute and dry it for some time upto 30 minutes in the sun.Fill the zipouch with it and keep it in the freezer and mix whatever you like before eating.It will last upto 6 months.That way you can eat fresh yonchak for months 😁

    Once I went to Manipur and my friend's mom offered me Yongchak pickle to take back home It was very delicious, can't wait to visit Manipur again..

    Anyway, I would like to share some views on your pickle so that others will review😀:
    Scientifically: all the ingredients are proportion to each other and for which there is no question of food poisoning.
    Economically: price is affordable unlike some other local business products.
    Commercially: there is no doubt on its quality.
