Hamza you've helped me a lot. As a fellow believer in an Abrahamic religion I respect you a lot for the work you're doing helping young men. I got laid off last week and somehow it's turned into the most positive experience of my life. I managed to get a severance package and save up enough money to be okay so now I have nothing but time and I've done nothing but go to the gym, eat healthy, sleep right, and do everything I should've been doing these last 10-20 years. I'm 29 now and I wish I started doing this stuff sooner but I'll try my hardest to keep going even when it's tough. I managed to make it to the gym walking through pouring down rain and a literal flood so I figure it's mostly gonna be easiser than that moving forward. No longer will I live as a Jeffery haha. High protein breakfast and a solid to-do list every day is the best thing for me.

I got in to a nice university for Engineering (not because of pressure or anything, it's something I always wanted to do) and I'm working on a startup with a friend. I've been learning a lot, consistently getting good grades from applying your advice on focus, hard work, discipline and willpower. This genuinely feels like I'm living the dream life, thank you for everything.
