That final part was fantastic. We don't train for narcissism and to look good. Sure that can be secondary. But we have to prioritise fast feet, agility, strength. Not just hypertrophy. For real life situations. God forbid, what if your loved ones were stuck under a car? What if someone who has trained in boxing gets angry at you? What if you need to carry a loved one across distances, and you couldn't just cos you couldn't be bothered to better your bench press or deadlift? It has real life application. I’ve seen some other comments here, and I’m usually not one to comment, but I will today. I completely disagree with the “missing the old hamza” comments. These new daily videos are great bro. The consistency is beneficial for keeping positivity in the brain, and frankly, I don’t want to sit and watch a 4-5 hour full guide all the time, or even an hour long. At times they can be beneficial and helpful, but at this point in my life, I’m truly focused on scaling my business. These shorter, more digestible videos have been helpful for not only providing quality, positive information on a consistent basis, but also in a bite size form that doesn’t take away too much time that I want to spend on my business. I don’t disagree with the hip thrust bit, but my preferred glute exercise is the box step up and variations thereof. You can do them just about anywhere. You can go higher for more stretch, hit angles to include adductors and abductors, go lower with weight or high volume and faster and/or longer for a cardio element. I’d recommend them to anyone.

The moment you said Skipping, I lost it (positively) because I do like 1000 skipping a day, and my friends kept saying me that I was wasting my time with that exercise !! Seems like they will start this too 😄
Not at all! I started training Muay Thai 2 months ago and every class we do warm up of 3-5 min of skipping…well I got hooked and bought my own rope to carry with me on my day job. It’s great way to shoot some blood through your system and also activate those muscles. I feel it in my calves/feet in places I didn’t know about ahaha

Similliar to skipping is barefoot running. When barefoot your running technique is so much different, you land on your toes not your heels and you calves are always activated and all those small muscles aswell. For my first barefoot run i only ran like 2 kilometers but my feet were so sore. You gotta try this atleast once in your life. And it was fun as heck aswell, i felt like a caveman lol
Honestly I think a lot of people get injured not he bench because they always perform it first and heavy when the body is not fully form, I start with incline dumbbell press, my shoulders are super warm then I do bench press for 10-12 reps as a second exercise and that seems to work so well!
Hamza, I have followed you for a long time and have implemented all your points into my life. I have never been happier. I became the man I always wanted to be, I had an amazing body with 17 inch arms. But I've recently been diagnosed with a heart disorder, and the doctor told me to strictly avoid going to the gym. In the past month, I have felt lost and depressed Could you please give me some guidance?

When we do neck, we use a band, and we tie it to something tall and it’s in line with our forehead, and then we just move our neck forward or backwards or side to side or rotationally
12:30 Another way you can level up your jump rope/skipping is by using a Thai style jump rope. The Thai style ropes are heavier (I think they're around 1.5 lbs) which means they're great for not only cardio, but for conditioning and getting more definition in your forearms and shoulders. Me including lots of Muay Thai fighters in Thailand and fighters/advanced people at my gym use them. They can be a bit pricey depending on brand, but they're awesome and make you feel like a total badass. Just be careful to not hit your toes.
Bruv I was just doing the jump rope with a clear intention of burning fat. And out of nowhere I remembered that Hamza did said something about skipping in his recent videos, like he recommended it. And here I am 😂
Piece of advice from me, don't forget that working on your TRAPS can greatly improve your overall body appearance and yield quick progress. With 2-3 simple exercises, you can already see results in a month (if done 2-3 times a week).
Yall gotta stop commenting that you miss old hamza. Hes gone, the changes are done. And if hes comfortable with what hes doing now then leave him be and not try and drag him back to his degraded self. No point in doing that. Yes, i do appreciate and somewhat miss the longer videos Hamza used to upload but the past is the past. Just appreciate what hes doing for us now.
I think that hamza misses the fact that what got him popular was his authentic genuine spirit. But this new version of himself seems to be trying to scale up his value to a more global standard
I really don’t get why people are saying “I miss old Hamza” he hasn’t changed, his advice and wisdom hasn’t changed. The only thing that has changed is his background. Not even gonna bring up the fact he is working so hard to guarantee a video a day, that’s just admirable.
That’s almost like saying Iman was good when he was vloging and when he got successful and started to make millions he was no longer “genuine”
Exactly people just love to complain
He kinda was in a phase where he wasn't humble at all, but I think it's natural with success. He's overcoming it quite nicely in the latest videos tho

In between sets I do this jump work out
Idk kinda helps to have that side goal going from touching my ceiling to touching it with my palm to my elbow
Going to watch later :)
Can we just appreciate how Hamza stays consistent everyday to provide videos for us.
The glazing is crazy
Sure he need to make money from losers. Believe me the second you will stop watching this guy you will develop in life. This is what happend to me.
@@Ron_Baukanski what color is your bugatti?
@@Ron_BaukanskiBruh he introduced me to self improvement. If I didn't watch him I would have never gotten into it.
I don't have a bugatti and I live a quitely good life.@@ObsidianKingSlade
Quick remeber to do the neck exercise
"Let me tell you a story....."
start of something great.
Bruv I was just doing the jump rope with a clear intention of burning fat. And out of nowhere I remembered that Hamza did said something about skipping in his recent videos, like he recommended it. And here I am 😂
Bro took the quote "stay consistent" seriously
u should do dumbell press instead cuz its cheaper to do at home and its wayyyy safer cuz u have some much more freedom to move ur arms around
Piece of advice from me, don't forget that working on your TRAPS can greatly improve your overall body appearance and yield quick progress. With 2-3 simple exercises, you can already see results in a month (if done 2-3 times a week).
Hamza can you please talk more about entrepreneurship
Yall gotta stop commenting that you miss old hamza. Hes gone, the changes are done. And if hes comfortable with what hes doing now then leave him be and not try and drag him back to his degraded self. No point in doing that. Yes, i do appreciate and somewhat miss the longer videos Hamza used to upload but the past is the past. Just appreciate what hes doing for us now.
The last part really touch me
Within 8 minutes 🎉 w video
Skipping is favourite💯🔥🔥🔥
Weighted pull-ups, dips and neck training. Then if you are stronger muscle ups and HSPU
Close the comments and focus on the video
I think that hamza misses the fact that what got him popular was his authentic genuine spirit. But this new version of himself seems to be trying to scale up his value to a more global standard
Every day I imagine where I’d be if I didn’t whatch that one Hamzs video 3 years ago
