I really don’t get why people are saying “I miss old Hamza” he hasn’t changed, his advice and wisdom hasn’t changed. The only thing that has changed is his background. If anything he is better then old because he has reached the point where most men watching him strive to be. We get to see first hand his success with the stuff he teaches.

That final part was fantastic. We don't train for narcissism and to look good. Sure that can be secondary. But we have to prioritise fast feet, agility, strength. Not just hypertrophy. For real life situations.
God forbid, what if your loved ones were stuck under a car? What if someone who has trained in boxing gets angry at you? What if you need to carry a loved one across distances, and you couldn't just cos you couldn't be bothered to better your bench press or deadlift?
It has real life application. Train to be a better man, not just a naive model.

I’ve seen some other comments here, and I’m usually not one to comment, but I will today.
I completely disagree with the “missing the old hamza” comments. These new daily videos are great bro. The consistency is beneficial for keeping positivity in the brain, and frankly, I don’t want to sit and watch a 4-5 hour full guide all the time, or even an hour long.
At times they can be beneficial and helpful, but at this point in my life, I’m truly focused on scaling my business.
These shorter, more digestible videos have been helpful for not only providing quality, positive information on a consistent basis, but also in a bite size form that doesn’t take away too much time that I want to spend on my business. The call to actions aren’t overwhelming and I’m really enjoying these videos.
Starting with the “let me tell you a story” hook is great too. Relatable, helps to visualize, and a great reminder we all are experiencing similar struggles in this brotherhood.
Looking forward to more videos bro 💯

Also experience with my self and clients, hip trust is very good to get muscle connection with the glutes if you don't feel your glutes doing squat or deadlift. If this happens to you, train hip trust for a month and come back to deadlift and squat, you will growth your glutes. Squad and deadlift are the best but hip trust is a good tool for give your glutes a bit of reinforcement but it isn't the best.

Similliar to skipping is barefoot running. When barefoot your running technique is so much different, you land on your toes not your heels and you calves are always activated and all those small muscles aswell. For my first barefoot run i only ran like 2 kilometers but my feet were so sore. You gotta try this atleast once in your life. And it was fun as heck aswell, i felt like a caveman lol

Honestly I think a lot of people get injured not he bench because they always perform it first and heavy when the body is not fully form, I start with incline dumbbell press, my shoulders are super warm then I do bench press for 10-12 reps as a second exercise and that seems to work so well!

Hamza, I have followed you for a long time and have implemented all your points into my life. I have never been happier. I became the man I always wanted to be, I had an amazing body with 17 inch arms.
But I've recently been diagnosed with a heart disorder, and the doctor told me to strictly avoid going to the gym. In the past month, I have felt lost and depressed
Could you please give me some guidance?

      been there before brother
do everything that you can do physically, also continue doing light exercise
try doing farmer walks with 20lb dumbells for really long distance, keep eating healthy etc
also experiment what type of exerrcise ur body allows despite the health condition, thats what helped me the most
May God grant you health ameen

When we do neck, we use a band, and we tie it to something tall and it’s in line with our forehead, and then we just move our neck forward or backwards or side to side or rotationally

12:30 Another way you can level up your jump rope/skipping is by using a Thai style jump rope. The Thai style ropes are heavier (I think they're around 1.5 lbs) which means they're great for not only cardio, but for conditioning and getting more definition in your forearms and shoulders. Me including lots of Muay Thai fighters in Thailand and fighters/advanced people at my gym use them. They can be a bit pricey depending on brand, but they're awesome and make you feel like a total badass. Just be careful to not hit your toes.

Idk kinda helps to have that side goal going from touching my ceiling to touching it with my palm to my elbow

Piece of advice from me, don't forget that working on your TRAPS can greatly improve your overall body appearance and yield quick progress. With 2-3 simple exercises, you can already see results in a month (if done 2-3 times a week).

Yall gotta stop commenting that you miss old hamza. Hes gone, the changes are done. And if hes comfortable with what hes doing now then leave him be and not try and drag him back to his degraded self. No point in doing that. Yes, i do appreciate and somewhat miss the longer videos Hamza used to upload but the past is the past. Just appreciate what hes doing for us now.
