This video is a game-changer! So much helpful information packed into one clip. I personally don't like promoting anything in comments, but I simply have to share with you a book called "Secret Testosterone Nexus of Evolution", which can give knowledge that very few people have. All the best to everyone.

@@GuusVerbeem @GuusVerbeem @GuusVerbeem It depends with every different life story...
For me I found his videos mainly because of the "Social Media/Corn Addiction".
But talking about actual improvement in your life, thats where you need to "sculpt" your own progress. There are many external factors that have a significant impact on your journey, being it: family, school, friends, your interests, your image in society, your beliefs, etc...
I grew up without a father and I had to learn many things on my own, even tho my mom liked to spoil me a lot, so family was one way that helped overcome my problems and improve my habits. Also, it was my religion: I am muslim and I always believed in its morals so seeing my colleagues, my friends, my society, indulging in degeneracy gave me motivation to abandon the bad habits.
Finally, answering your question, No because of the other external factors that also helped me improve, but if you really hear and understand Hamza's advice, I think you'll become who you aspire to be.
More advice that I recommend you learn about:
      - Read the Quran
      - Start seeing the differences between you and successful people
      - Spend your free time(when you are not wirking/studying) outside, without checking your phone or even without anything to distract you, just you and the environment.
Hope you and me and everyone else in this community become better people and succeed our objectives.

The most ironic thing I experienced was a discussion with my father (as a note, both my father and grandfather grew up at the country side, organic food and fresh egg, milk, cheese daily). This happened like 2-3 years ago:
"hey father, how was my grandpa when you were like 18-21 years old?"
"damn powerfull. I was working with him all different stuff you do at the country side. I was 20 years old and he was 48 AND I WAS OUTMATCHED. I could not keep up with him. He always told me: 'come on boy, you are youngh. youngh bones and youngh muscles, you should be better than me!!"
    "how is that possible?"
"not sure son, guess a lifetime of eating tons of eggs and gallons of milk made him like that. he loved egg, ate like 5-7 a day. of course meat too, but we were kinda poor, meat was kinda fancy, maybe 2-3 times a week."
    1 year ago:
Started to do gym, eat clean, eat eggs bla bla. Told my father I eat 4-5 eggs a day. He started to judge me and even yelled: "heeeeeey this is not good. arent you afraid of cholesterol??? boooy.....ONLY YOUR GRANDPA USED TO EAT SO MANY EGGS, ARE YOU CRAZY"
    Do you see the irony?
P.S: Grandpa died 2 years ago, at 87 years old.

Our whole family started using more butter and almost the main source of fat ghee, I have started eating eggs a lot, 4-10 eggs almost daily, not the ones buyed from shop but bought from a village, homemade. I'm from Czechia, so almost everyone in villages has their own chickens. We buy it from them. My T has sky-rocketed, same as my energy, focus and gains. Also i eat as much meat as possible. I have a whole meat meal once or twice a week, whenever possible. I also try to eat nuts for snack almost every day. Fatty nuts, like cashews. The best diet for me. Thank you so much Hamza, for sharing such a lifechanging knowledge. I am truly grateful. Hi Hamza, soy contains phytoestrogen which means it’s actually less T-lowering and Estrogenic than cow milk. You need to consume roughly 63*8 oz of it in one sitting to decrease testosterone levels to a statistically significant extent, which is literally almost impossible. I know you’ll call me a scientist nerd but I just want to spread the truth, since good soy milk (try some Japanese ones) doesn’t contain garbage and actually helps with protein shakes since muscle cell absorption goes up to around 78% from 60% with just water. Hope this helps. I still don’t recommend taking protein shakes over just eating 10 eggs and 250g of chicken breasts and some broccoli and red rice and fruit but not everyone is that rich so yeah.

      @mckendrick7672 Před 5 měsíci +2

With regard to "less T-lowering and Estrogenic than cow milk", I made this comment in response to another person from another video, but it's relevant here, so I'll paste it:
"I'm taking the base numbers from quick Google searches, so grain of salt, but there are 6 micrograms of isoflavones in 8 ounces of soy milk, while there are only 2.2 nanograms of estrogen in 8 ounces of whole milk. 1 microgram is 1000 nanograms, so that is to say there is 2727 times greater quantity of isoflavones in soy milk than there is estrogen in whole milk.
The two major isoflavones of soy are genistein and daidzein. Genistein has a binding affinity to receptor alpha of 0.445 (Estradiol is always "100") and to receptor beta of 33.42, while daidzein bonds to alpha receptor with an affinity of 0.07 and beta with 0.7865. Soy isoflavones are roughly 50% genistein, and 40% daidzein. I'm not going to math out all the numbers, but even just assuming the lower number for daidzein alone, Estradiol is only 1428 times more powerful than daidzein.
If you assumed soy was 100% daidzein and only bound to alpha receptors (to which it is weaker), you already have 1.9 times the binding of phytoestrogen to the estrogen receptors in a single cup of soy milk as compared to whole milk. That's not taking into account that more of the soy is actually genistein which binds more effectively, and also the beta receptor which also binds much more effectively - genistein binds to the beta receptor 477 times more effectively than the daidzein to the alpha receptor in the example I just gave.
This is just napkin math, but you can already see that there is certainly enough phytoestrogen to be almost double the estradiol effect from milk even with the most conservative possible calculation, and the real effect would be hugely more when you factor in beta receptors and genistein. Also bear in mind that soy milk is perhaps the least concentrated form of soy while dairy is perhaps the most concentrated form in which you'll find estradiol in food - if you compared something like tofu to meat or eggs, it would look ridiculous."
Also, it's not just the testosterone *lowering* effect you must consider, but the effect of having *more* estrogen in your body as a whole. Personally, I do not know if those numbers are statistically significant enough to have a huge impact on your body, but I'm not going to bet on it. Also the protein bioavailability of plant protein are generally horrendous compared to that of meat protein due to really lacking in certain amino acids, while (whole) egg protein is one of the best with close to a 100% bioavailability.

    2. Fried rice (heat cooked rice in a pan, make a hole in the middle of the pan. Crack a few eggs in and fold the rice in as it cooks)
    3. Egg drop soup: boil chicken broth, add some corn starch or thickener, whisk eggs and slowly pour into boiling soup. Use garlic, green onion, black pepper to season.
Breakfast burrito: scrambled egg, sausage/chorizo, cheese, maybe some mashed potato or thick gravy inside tortilla.
Also, chicken broth/bone broth is excellent to fight hunger if you're fat and trying to lose weight. Throw some fresh vegetables like chopped celery in and just eat them hot out of the soup.

My own brother that I share blood with I want him alongside us during this war, honestly it just hurts to see your family members get consumed by this sickness(video games, pron, tiktok the list goes on) it hurts me to see my own brothers downfall while I rise through self improvement. Hamza talked about this in a previous video. It is extremely hard to get someone on self improvement because like the other comment said, they have to decide for themselves but you can try to apply all the good habits to yourself and be a good example to your brother and show him all of of the benefits of self improvement. Over time, and maybe with slight nudges and mentions of self improvement, he might get inspired by you and go down this same route of self improvement

A broad diet is usually the most healthy and abandoning a perfectly healthy food because you have seen a negative paper is not a good approach, especially when the food has many positive aspects to it. anyway thanks for the video mate, lots of inspiring content!
