Today, on The Ranveer Show, we welcome Dr. Rajesh Taneja for an open and honest conversation about male health. He is a urologist with over 38 years of expertise in diagnosing and treating various urologic conditions.
This was an open conversation about men’s health that no one talks about. In this episode, we talked about male genetics, some terrifying accidents with his patients, how men’s and women’s sexual arousals are different, how alcohol and pharmacological agents can be used for sexual health, and more. We also talked about the testosterone health of men and how it decreases with time, masculine aging and how it works, and whether anyone should take testosterone replacement therapy.
This was an in-depth conversation about male health. This is an important conversation for all the men out there and I highly recommend that you watch this whole episode to gain more knowledge about your health. I hope you enjoy this conversation and share your thoughts in the comment.

Awesome discussion. We need doctors who prioritize raising awareness and practicing medicine with a sincere purpose, rather than being solely motivated by financial gain or greed. While transitioning healthcare to a non-profit or government-run system has its advantages and disadvantages, finding effective strategies to address the challenges of a profit-driven industry is crucial. Doctors like Rajesh represent our beacon of hope in this complex landscape and 🫡🫡 to TRS team for spreading awareness.

Excercise in the day whenever you get time. Start with going for walk. Get some weights and do it at home. No gym needed. Just get a bench and follow simple tutorials 🎉

I respect ranveer bro alot and started to watch his videos since 2018, but I don't why... I always feel a feminine energy from him, I don't get a big brother kind of masculine vibe....

Brother study shows that people who are more intelligent and knowledgeable than others have slightly feminine aura , cause they understand things at their deep level (Like many scientists). But in other way those who have a strong goal in life and want to be physically active more (Like bodybuilding type things) have masculinity more than any knowledgeable people's (Like doctors , business man ect.

Though the researches showed that people who exercise in evening has more muscle gains than those who exercise in early morning.
REASON- In evening your body's muscles are fueled up with glycogen and ur energy levels are high. Also, after intense gym workout your muscles need rest and a good quality sleep
NOTE-> Do not workout near ur sleep time i.e do not workout particularly 2 to 2:30 hours before sleep. Sleeping after workout increases the sleep quality.
MORE THE SLEEP QUALITY MORE THE GAINS MORE THE MUSCLE MASS MORE TESTOSTERONE WILL BE PRODUCED to compensate the increased muscle mass. PERIOD

Because people don't consider the fact that your body's energy is just dependent on what you eat 1-2 hours before workout but your last 2 meals. I eat properly whole day sleep at 9:30 and wakes up at 5:00am and without a pre workout of caffeine I work out with intensity because is don't reply on motivation but on discipline. I have my workouts planed a day before and don't leave the gym before I complete it. Both medical science and ayurveda are opposed to sleeping late and waking up late.

When he said Workout during early morning is good and explained why/how...than i realised why those body builders who are on ⚙️ tren workout during night time bcoz they got no problem about testosterones bcoz they are on tren they shouldn't have to worry about particular time for natural testosterone raise and so they define themselves bat man and inspires other innocent beginners who don't know working out in night time is going to be ruined their testosterone
