For a Tight Foreskin or Phimosis its best to consult an experienced urologist. But its important to be aware of what options are available today … typically, one would start with applying corticosteroid creams, if that didn't work try a stretching device, if that doesn't work then Preputioplasty for selected cases or a Dorsal Slit procedure. For those who wish to undo their Circumcision there is Foreskin Restoration using a device which induces mitosis on the scar line. Foreskin regeneration is a future option which Foregen is currently working on in Italy.

This Dr. Mention several negative impacts of uncircumcised but his faith doesn’t let him clearly say it’s better to have circumcised than getting serious problems in future… it’s not about religion it’s about the fact.

I got circumcised when I was 29 (last year) as I had Phimosis. I couldn't move my foreskin a cm let alone below the glans after the surgery even thinking about my glans hurt. It was hyper giga sensitive. Showering felt like little needles on it so obviously I used to be super careful. I don't wanna blame my parents for negligence but please get your children checked for Phimosis. You DON'T want your child to go through circumcision when he's over 15.

Ranveer bhai, you should have discussed Circumcision with Dr. Vijayant Govinda Gupta, who is probably doing the most Circumcisions in India. I've got my Circumcision done by him on March 4th, 2024. I'll turn 26 on the 26th of June, so you can calculate my age at the time of the surgery. So, I had grade 4 Phimosis, which is the last stage. I swear to god, nothing is more painful than that. Because it was performed on Local Anesthesia, in a spray form. They would insert a little spray hose inside your foreskin twice or thrice to make it numb. They don't do it to perform the surgery, but to reduce the pain of the injection on your penis (I KNOW IT SOUNDS VERY PAINFUL AND SCARY). And you do feel the poke, yes, you do feel the poke. The pain is not as intense as it would be without the Anesthetic spray. Then they would make two slits and roll the foreskin down, cut the frenulum, and then the final step, (I'M TALKING ABOUT THE STAPLER CIRCUMCISION) they would put the stapler on and fire it. You also feel when the foreskin is being cut. Yes, you do feel that too. The most painful part of this surgery is between rolling the foreskin down and putting the stapler on when the doctor cleans the Glans with a cotton ball dipped into the Betadine. As it is sensitive, hypersensitive actually, I was literally screaming on the surgical table. I came home after the surgery with a fear of urinating. After some time, I had to urinate, and that was very painful as well, probably because of the Anesthetic spray entering the Urethra and even the Bandage was so tight making it difficult to pee. A tiny piece of thread from the Gauze felt like a Nail (Keel) at the tip of the Glans, this is how sensitive it was. The sensitivity only goes away with time. I could not lie down with my legs straight for more than a month because the underwear would cause irritation and pain. However, I masturbated on the 23rd day of my surgery. It was also not pleasant but I was so horny that I couldn't control myself. Not just unpleasant, it was actually painful but I kept on doing it until the climax. After a month I could feel the sensitivity was fading away and almost two and a half months later, Oh yeah, I applied Vaseline Petroleum Jelly, and for the very first time, I held the Glans and Chappa Chappa Charkha Chalaya.. It was ecstatic.
So, Circumcision is Painful, but those who have Grade 3 or 4 Phimosis (WHICH MEANS YOUR GLANS WAS NEVER EXPOSED AND TOUCHED BY ANYTHING EXCEPT FOR THE FORESKIN) then you will suffer the most because of the Sensitivity. The most amount of pain you'll experience during the Surgery (CLEANING OF THE GLANS), then dressing on the next day. You will face difficulty sleeping, won't be able to move much in the bed, going to the toilet etc...

This is such an important discussion about men personal hygiene and until you face the problem personally, you are not aware. I went through this problem few year back and had to circumcise. It’s a blessing in disguise, within a month you will recover and you will get better ieverything 😊

Purpose of foreskin is to provide biomechanical lubrication during intercourse and to protect the sensitive glans. Foreskin itself also provides sensitivity. Cut off the foreskin and the glans turns into a leathery insensitive tissue.

Skin has an elastic property. If anyone has phimosis, every time after bathing or after urination try to pull the foreskin back. And keep it like that. Slowly the skin will get expands and after some period it will go back it self. No need circumcision in this case.

When I was 16-17 I was too scared to stretch the skin back. I couldn't even stretch it 0.2 cm back.
But after time, after mas , after peeing I used to pull it slowly back.
Now I'm 20 and I can pull it back.

It's a sunnah of the prophet Ibrahim (as) or Abraham in the Bible. That's why Muslims and Christians circumcise.
My son had phimosis, we didn't even know why his foreskin never moved back when we wanted to clean him. He got circumcised at 3 months and his doctor told us its good that we did it and even our insurance covered it coz it was a medical condition. We were going to get it done anyway but its good to know that it was medically necessary as well.

Just keep it in mind and don't damage yourself, try it while bathing. And if everything fails, there's no shame in going to a urologist or asking your dad to take you to a urologist as well. Maybe your dad could give you better advice because he has a similar genotype

Sunnathi / Circumcision is Jewish tradition and later adopted / copied by by both Christianity and Islam ( As they both stemmed from Jedaism ). Christianity left that rule when they invaded then European nations and expanded Christianity to reduce the resistance from European nature worshippers ( Called Pagans as a derogatory term ) .

1) circumcision cam from Judaism: circumcision was practiced by both the jews and arabs since both were the children of Abraham.
2) Christians left the rule when they invaded Europe : Paul was the first one to oppose circumcision just after Jesus's crucifixion when he started preaching, calling it a jewish practice. And since most christians are liberated by blood of Christ they do not need to practice circumcision.
3) Arabs did this because there were no water: As I said this practice was done by the children of Abraham and his followers it was in their tradition.
4) zero science: This practice could be traced back to ancient Egypt, of course people knew already its benefits.

Some people does by birth which would be best thing for a muslim coz the baby never had to experience the pain after attaining the adolescence.
