Bro like literally it was yesterday when i cold approched a cute girl after my exam , like really cute girl and i asked her for her instagram but she instead gave me her number. It was terrifying at first but i muster up a lot of courage to do it and yes it was easy boys , i just commanded my feet to go to her direction and it worked ,i asked about her exam, and complimented her made her smile, remember guys confidence is the Key and girls loves that traits in men. The first point of this video is spot on. I can cold approach girls and people in general without a problem if I have something to start the conversation with, but I never ask for the girl's number. I asked myself why many times, but I realised recently that it is because I do not see myself as "worthy". So it's something I definitely need to work on.

The character reminder really made me remember about "Can't hurt me " by David Goggins, who talked about a system called the "cookie jar", the "coookie jar" is the set of achivements, goals and positive thougths you got, when you are in the dungeon, you are trying hard and hard, and you about too give up, you get too mind poositive thougths like "i have done this before, this is easy", "i've trained hard enough to get that pr", from me it comes from the hard things i do while my competition is resting or having a "nice time ".

17: 32 This march, I went to a party that a big school in our city hosted for the year 12s . This i s where I saw this really cute girl and I decided to cold approach. I went up to her when she was with her friends ( proud of myself for doing that, cuz younger me would've chickened out ) and I say " Hey, I just saw you and I think you are very cute" and I see her face light up, but my dumbass in my insane nervousness, instantly asks for her instagram, without letting the compliment marinate . Needless to say, I got rejected. So I learnt that lesson firsthand and I am glad to know I took the right learning lesson from that experience.

Can you do a video about stopping be non-chalent (physicilly) please because I find that your videos are so effective on many of the topics you cover.
You know, we really like to say “am non-chalent because i dont give a fuck about anything”, etc. but we all secretly know that we're in reality uncomfortable with our body/ourself and it's literarely the opposite of “i don't give a fuck”.
I'll give some examples for people in the same situation as me :
- you know when you speak with somebody and you don't move your arms but you just leave them along the body because you're just not comfortable with your body,
- Or when you're just literarely just standing (waiting for something, for example) and you're just standing there like a spade and you don't dare move too much because you feel as if all eyes are on you,
- Or when every moves that you do are very slow almost like we do it on purpose (again, because you feel like that every looks are on us but once again we just say “nah, I'm just non-chalant”),
- etc.
Basically, all those weird sensations where you feel like you're not at ease with yourself/your body, usually because you feel like all eyes are on you or you're not at ease with the way other people look at you.
I know this is unlogical to a lot of people but here is the solution: try the carnivore diet,
it's really that simple it will increase your testosteron but more importantly improve all
the aspects about your hormones and it will improve your brain.
I know what you are experiencing for me this disappeared after carnivore I become a lot more unhinged
talking about my controvirsial political opinions and just feeling better where ever I was.
Also meditation will really help a lot and meditation isn't supposed to be easy, a lot of people mistake it for relaxing
but it is training your concentration ability you need to try hard in meditation for it to work.
Not that it feels uncomfortable but it will be hard to keep focused on your breath until you reach a flow state while meditating.
When you reach the flow state it will feel really good like you have just been granted the right to exist.
You can also practise, by asking strangers random questions and being in more social situations

Thank you really needed this as I recently broke it off with my ex I have been depressed and not really putting myself out there the past couple months, I’m going to do the no pmo for a couple of weeks and then try a few cold approaches, I also wanna do it all sober and not like some drunk asshole. Even though drinking makes it easier I don’t always want to rely on it, cause then you just attract trash.

if you have like actual fear of approaching women, you should actually schedule few hours of your week to approach women. You should also know if you have this fear, that it is not life threatening if you approach a woman. i have also read that a lot of men overcoming their fear of approaching women/getting rejected by women by approaching multiple women in a few hours and days
