This is a good guide. Mastering both the attachment and the attraction stage. Is very important. Relationships are really cool but also really difficult. Its simply not enough to attract. Ive attracted many girls but couldnt connect to a lot of them. The last section has been amazing. The first section just seems to be a basic part of self-improvment. Just keep improving and striving forward. The social part i really liked. Im the kind of person who likes to intellectualize stuff. Meaning ill write paragraphs and ramble a lot. Or talk about things and notice that the other person isnt that intrested. The tips about complimenting and questioning seem so simple but i realize my autist brain didnt do so. I used to make statements and then would fear when the other person wouldnt be able to respond. Today i tried to ask questions and clarifying statements like you. Told and very surpsingly i got good response. People were more willing to respond. So really its all about using compliments to spread warmth and asking questions. The part that im good at the deep conversations it seems need to be in the middle but i get the guest of it. Learned small talk 101 😊. Anyway the 3rd part is gold and i learned some new stuff. I also managed to cure my complaceny and realized that i fell into the "Self -Acceptance complacency" trap. Where i became complacent. Would sleep all day, eat poorly, dress poorly and not talk or carry myself properly and it had a bad effect. Whereas today i carried myself well. I woke up at 6:30. Took a shower (ive been skipping showers). Ate breakfast and drank some coffee. Pushed through my exams prepration and by 12pm i had finished 90 percent of it. Took a break abd watched this podcast. Now in the evening im planning to do the rest 10 percent. So hopefully Allah will help me score well. Another fun thing is that i can not logically explain it but i understand these things intuitively. Thank you for that. 🫀 I realize due to your videos that while my tendency to seek depth and understanding is a strong point. Mistaking the small things like smiling, saying kind words, saying thanks, and sorry. Asking questions is very important. I didnt care about it because i thought it unneccssary but i realize these small things hide much greater things. People can not see into your heart. So these little things help them see the goodness inside. Its not that i wasnt warm or that i wasnt interested. I just didnt know how to show it. So thank you and im afraid i made this too long. It is never too late I was the same until 23 I am 24 about to be 25 on self improvement now, before had times to lose my virginity but I was too scared. I am now 24, starting medical school in this September, no longer a virgin, obviously don’t force it, and if anything don’t think it changes anything about you, whether or not you lose your virginity, I was much more satisfied in becoming the man, that I wanted to be then I gained in sex. Become the man that improves, you see how much you changed over the years and that is much more fulfilling then just having sex, also make sure it is a nice and good person first. The most important thing is surrounding yourself with good women, and men, even friends and ask them to help you, look better, get fitter and improve your style, that actually care about you. They will help you improve and you can be with good women and increase your status too, but more so you become a person who you admire. You are who you surround yourself with, and the way to attract good people is by becoming a great person and taking opportunities to meet new people. Extra mewing tips, i didn't get gains until i started doing the following- -first, what hamza said. -but focus primarily on the back third of your tongue pressing up. -do not have any forward pressure. Only upwards. -spread your tongue wide on the palate too, gently touching against the sides of your teeth. -do NOT have your tongue touching the back of your incisors. -molars touching, just resting together NOT clenching. -to find out what is meant by the back third of your tongue, perform a swallow with no facial movement whatsoever. Your tongue pressing upwards as if it's pushing a button to initiate the swallow. The furthest back part of your tongue that touches the roof of your mouth that you can hold there while being able to still breathe normally is the part you need pressed uo against the roof of the mouth. -do not press too hard or you can develop bruxism. -2x gains when you hold the mewing position with no air or saliva in your mouth and there is a sort of tight vacuum feel. Continuously swallowing air and saliva with mouth closed can achieve this. But at this point i'm probably procrastinating something and so are you so just read those top three points then get out of the comments

-first, what hamza said.
-but focus primarily on the back third of your tongue pressing up.
-do not have any forward pressure. Only upwards.
-spread your tongue wide on the palate too, gently touching against the sides of your teeth.
-do NOT have your tongue touching the back of your incisors.
-molars touching, just resting together NOT clenching.
-to find out what is meant by the back third of your tongue, perform a swallow with no facial movement whatsoever. Your tongue pressing upwards as if it's pushing a button to initiate the swallow. The furthest back part of your tongue that touches the roof of your mouth that you can hold there while being able to still breathe normally is the part you need pressed uo against the roof of the mouth.
-do not press too hard or you can develop bruxism.
-2x gains when you hold the mewing position with no air or saliva in your mouth and there is a sort of tight vacuum feel. Continuously swallowing air and saliva with mouth closed can achieve this.
