Bro, i am 14 (in india, upper middle class) i am good in studies, now when i started doing self improvement, my parents are against it... against being strong, against earning from young age, against almost everything
Same here, not completely though, but they dont like me working out cuz I could have been studying at the time (im 16). They dont let me go to the gym even if I can pay for it on my own...
maybe do things that make your life easier instead of choosing unecessaryhardship because you condition yourself thinking life is hard. life aint hard your thinking is
My Dad told me you can't just be mediocre when I was younger and didn't understand it back then, but the more I learned, the more I realized it was true.
I am feeling so frustrated after watching this video. It is too painful to realize that my struggles are just starting. I am 25 yrs old with no job, never had a relationship, had friends but now they are enjoying their life while I am stuck here living with my parents fighting everyday to get rid of porn, bad mental health. This journey has been eye opening to me but at the same time it has been very difficult to stay consistent in my efforts. I just hope that when the time comes I am not in the bottom 60% of men. Man its just too painful. Sorry for my rant.
I am 28 still living with my parents, that does not specifically has to limit you. Start training at home, if you can not afford a gym membership, trust me homeworkout is fine too. First step is to get to feel worthy again. Sports and healthy lifestyle will definitly provide more mental health and self confidence. I am also on this path right now, It feels a lot better, trust be Bro.
One thing to note about the 60% never passed on their genes. There was a VERY high child mortality rate. Such studies usually also count children who never got past the age of 0. Same reason why you can find average life expectancy to be like 23 back in the times. Those that did grow older grew quite old.
@@josephang9927 Eh, there simply wasn't healthcare good enough to take care of a failing birth or to take care of child vaccines. Dying in childbirth was very common for women, and still would be today if we didn't have good measures against it
Bro, these videos, this movement, has changed my life. I've come from being addicted to these destructive things and improving myself. I hit the gym and worked on myself. I am now the school captain and i was the rugby captain aswell this year. I'm 17 from australia. Thank you for showing me the way. i couldn't have made it here without this.
Hey man thanks for that understanding of those who have 0 hope and are completely hopeless. It makes me want to help those people even more as I was definitely at this point once and I forgot how it felt and why I did what I did. Thanks again for reigniting that understanding. Let’s lift people up and show them the hope that is out there! 💪
When I was younger, I used to fight bullies, especially ones that messed with my friends. The first time I did, I was in kindergarten, standing up for myself. & although I was deterred from that for a long time, that dream never left me. It's still here, burning & roaring to help others. I've been through a lot of crappy circumstances. I've even said yes to things I really wanted to say no to. But through all of that, & even my lowest points in life where I considered removing myself from this world, that dream, that purpose remained, & it's what's driving me to make the videos that I do. I'm going to change at least 1,000,000 lives for the better. I'm going to fail upwards because I am successful, & that's what success is. & I am BLESSED to have this purpose. So if I have to die fighting for it, then I die. But I'd rather do that then live a life of not trying.
I started my self-improvement journey about a year ago. I’ve been consistent at the gym and gone from basically zero muscle to having a decent physique. I started reading, meditating and overall cutting out bad habits for good ones. These videos helped me a lot. Lately I’ve been having the problem of many parts of my personal life falling apart, leading to me falling back into some of my old habits. Most of my friends drift further into degeneracy and while I feel obligated to “help” them and start to think that it is helpless and even influences my behavior. Don’t really know what to do right now.

Dude, I’m 5’1 at 32 and I don’t LOOK like a man, I look like a kid. I’ve been called kid by men, women, even if they’re younger than me. I’ve been in the military, Muay Thai fighter…everywhere I go people don’t take me seriously because of how young I look. When I get ID’d for alcohol they make a joke about being old enough to “play on the playground”. I don’t get it though…I’m a masculine guy. I have a lot of skills, I take cold showers and drink literal egg whites. I work out a lot, I look like I’m in shape. I also have a beard. But because of my height (and maybe something else?), I get called kid all the time. Not too long ago I met this girl, we hit it off well, next time she sees me she says “hey kid” and “come on kid”. I don’t get it. I’m social, I’m masculine, etc…it just really takes a hit at my self esteem when I can be at my best and still get called “kid”. It’s the same for making friends. I’ll get called kid by dudes younger than me, it’s like they don’t see me on their level. When it comes to friends, it’s not a huge deal, but when I comes to women it’s gotta be a huge attraction killer, no matter how good looking I am (and I think I’m not bad at all). A woman wants to be dominated by a man. If I’m giving off impressions of a kid, that has to change.

Day 3 complete
Hello hamza i am 11 yrs old and on self improvement, i want to say thank you for helping men like me, i started good habits like making my bed, brushing my teeth, meditation, working out, and stuff like that. Keep up the content man dont listen to the haters and keep helping people!
Keep up the grind 🔥
proud of you man💪If only I started at your age😂
@@JCJoni Same, I just found this a month ago and I’m already 16 😭
bro dont get brainwashed by andrew tate vids btw. Youre really young. Im expecting to see babies here soon
My guy 💯❤️
FROM NOW ON... YOU ARE MY COMPETITION... HAMZA.
I like using sports as a metaphor for this race of men. The top 1% vs the average man is like comparing a ballon d’or candidate with a Sunday league player. Complete different ball game
i have been trying to lvl up however my mom is the one who is scolding me and even beating me for dieting saying it will ruin my health
old hamza is back!!!!
Loved the video 👍🤣❤
Hamza can you make a video giving people who live in a toxic household advice
I need to figure out how to play video games less and fill that time with things that will help me
In time
